I’ll also show you how to trim and season a brisket. • Then you’ll sit down to enjoy a family-style Texas supper with all the fixings. I'll tie it all together into a cohesive experience of chills, laughs, and must-have drink suggestions. This is still well-researched history, but made fun. Let me save you from the dull recitation of New Orleans' bullet points: I put on a show. Yet, there will be no capes, no blurry photos, and no vampire tales - fabricated to suck the blood from your wallet. I use stories that are historically sourced – which makes this tour far more frightening. By using actual stories, from the cultures that created this city, you will begin to unravel what makes New Orleans so special. This event is an alternative to the stock NOLA ghost tour or haunted pub crawl, you've been endlessly scrolling through. The tour is designed for the curious, people who wish to understand the places they visit and share drinks with fellow travelers. Don't confuse this with the party-crawls. Enjoy this opportunity to experience it as a VIP, with a small group and Mister Gregory himself preparing your meal. The experience features a multi-course dinner, storytelling and the Shrimp Boil Band. The Shrimp Boil Experience might begin with a tasting of fresh caught fish, a blue crab appetizer, then an alligator sausage tasting and a presentation about our wild-caught Gulf shrimp. The big moment is when we present the shrimp, cooked with local sausage and our special blend of Cajun boil seasonings. Later, we bring out hot towels to clean up and to finish we present our signature dessert .
