This was a repeat visit for us, as it has everything we needed and is close to HPP. There was quite a bit of noise from upstairs on the Sunday evening when we arrived, but we didn't notice it after that. Overall very happy.

I found the apartment more than I expected, very nice place to stay. Dominic was a very good host, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay there again, good value for money

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay and it was ideal location for what we wanted. It was spotlessly clean and easy access. It was great that we were able to gain access from two o’clock.

We were looking for somewhere close to where we needed to be, and would allow us to bring our 2 well behaved dogs. So glad we did. The house is beautifully presented, the attention to detail was outstanding. There were many thoughtful touches including the flowers, chocolates and donut dog biscuits. The log burner was lovely and the supply of wood much appreciated. Very comfortable bed and quality bed linen was again much appreciated. And the overall huge tick in the box for us was the house top to bottom is spotlessly clean. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Lynley and Matt’s place accommodated a large family of 7, 2 children and 3 dogs perfectly! Lots of space, big spacious rooms, private and secure garden and big driveway! We came to stay due to a family funeral and wanting a hub to base ourselves but also accommodate seeing family and spending time together. The place is very well thought out, clean, spacious and perfect for a family get away. Lynley and Matt are super responsive hosts, really understanding of our situation and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

The house itself was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great place, great location

Excellent communication between James and I and quick to set up a late check out on request. We choose the location due to its proximity to the SwanCar Farm Wedding venue which is about 15min by local taxi. There is a massive Tesco or Asda/Aldi near to top up your shopping. House met all our needs and had everything we need, this is a great place to stay! Thanks James.

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

I stayed at this beautiful flat for 4 weeks. It was very comfortable, secure,warm and in an ideal location.The host Kate was lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

What a fabulous gem nestled in the stunning Derbyshire countryside! Wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home, perfectly equipped accommodation and perfect for a stay with the dogs! The enclosed dog paddock was wonderful with enough room for them to run and play safely. The yoga studio was a beautiful place to practice and a real bonus to the stay. We stayed at Angus’ place for a little getaway, and it was one of the best breaks we’ve had in a while. The apartment shone for its attention to detail and beautiful interiors, it was well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Loved our stay in Sheffield. Location was perfect - unbelievably quiet as it was so close to restaurants and shops. Easy walk into the centre ( about 1 -1.5 miles) . The apartment was perfect, exactly as described. It had everything we needed , was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were very, very comfy and rooms were spacious. Jermaine was very helpful and responded quickly when we messaged. Would love to return and highly recommend a stay here.

Great place - loved the apartment and the outdoor space. Brilliant location and friendly communication. It was very noisy on the Friday night but I suppose that's what you get for being right in the centre. Saturday was quieter. We had a lovely stay and would recommend. Thank you!

A fantastic find! A beautiful apartment and very clean. The little treats waiting for us was a thoughtful touch and the key safe to check in meant we could arrive anytime. There was board games & a tv with a fire stick. The apartment was warm, welcoming and we look forward to staying again!
