Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

My family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming cottage. The space was perfect for our group to catch up and recharge our batteries together. The interior was cozy and inviting, especially with the fireplace going one evening. We loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub after our days exploring the local wildlife - we saw ducks, geese, and even some deer! The cottage had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel at home. On our last day, we walked up to the local pub for a delicious Sunday roast lunch, which was a perfect way to cap off our relaxing weekend. I’m so glad I booked this Airbnb for our family getaway - it was the ideal spot for us to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Lovely cosy cottage located close to all the shops and restaurants in Holt. Cosy beds and sofa. Great to have a drive to park the car, and easy to get to lots of great locations for walking and the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t feel like it was in a private enough spot, but this is just personal preference. Great hosts, thank you so much.

Great stay, enclosed garden is very helpful for dogs. Very clean and hot tub is great !

We celebrated my partners 30th & it was so special - the most peaceful, romantic place even better than the photos! Watched the shooting stars from the hot tub, the house was so cosy & warm with the fire place an absolute dream. The best air BnB we have ever stayed in & would be thrilled to visit again!! The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location with a pretty self contained garden. The cottage has everything you could need and is very comfortably furnished. A very relaxing place to space. Excellent communication from Liz providing all the information we needed and very welcoming. Thank you.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. we ( myself, my partner and our elderly dog) had a fantastic stay at the cottage. it was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short, the hosts were very understanding. would highly recommend.

Just loved everything about this little place. The property was spacious yet cosy. Everything anyone could need was provided and parking just outside the door was so convenient.

We all had a fantastic time at Lucy's cottage, it is a cracking place in a lovely peaceful location, the property was first class it was extremely clean and we had everything and more that we needed, it's in a great location as I said earlier only 5/10 minutes away from Hunstanton beaches which we had a great time exploring. Lucy as a host was excellent and was very helpful with everything and very responsive to any messages I sent, I would highly recommend this place it is a little gem close to the seaside.

A lovely place to stay and explore this part of Norfolk. We enjoyed having the beach right behind the cottage and regularly saw a seal close to the shore. It was so handy being able to walk back to the cottage to grab food and drinks or pop to the beach first or last thing without getting in the car. Having bikes was great as we enjoyed cycling to Sea Palling. Beds comfy, sofa with farm scenery was great for chilling, good WiFi, dog friendly and a secure garden - this cottage had it all.

We've had a lovely stay, it was just what we needed- the scones on arrival were great. Gaynor has thought of everything you may need. Thank you for letting us stay in your perfect home by the sea 🙂

I went with family and had a great time. The location was ideal for exploring the local area and was easy to get both to and from. The place had everything we needed and the host was very helpful.

Thank you both so much for an amazing weekend away. We cannot speak highly enough of the cottage, the garden, the scenery and our wonderful hosts. The cottage itself is beautifully presented. Everything is immaculately clean and tidy, all provided equipment and consumables are of very high quality. We really appreciated the welcome gifts and snacks! We loved seeing the chickens and Merlin the dog (so cute), as well as the abundance of birds in the garden area each day. This is the perfect setting for a peaceful break away. Diane and Colin were very welcoming and kind. We'll definitely be back in future.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to visit nearby National Trust places and the coast. The property is a cosy but spacious cottage with the facilities you would expect at home. Diana was responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The information pack supplied in the cottage was very good and the welcome pack of ‘goodies’ much appreciated. We would happily stay again.

The cottage looked exactly like the photos and was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed. Milk and biscuits on arrival were very useful. Denise was so helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

We had a lovely stay at puffin cottage. The location is excellent for exploring southwold and enjoying the beach. Em’s place is beautiful - spotlessly clean, easy check in and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

My husky Trevor and I stayed at The Round House for 4 nights whilst my fellow pilgrims resided at The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. Such beautiful and tranquil surroundings - a real treat for the soul.
