Loved staying in this beautiful older house in a classic neighborhood. The flat was very comfortable; it was charming and an easy 15-20 minute walk from restaurants, Duke campus, and shops. The host responded promptly when a question did come up. Hoping to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

Allen's place was warm and inviting. Everything was well kept, easy to find, and clean. Spacious enough for my son and I to stay while visiting family. Nice area, plenty of walking areas. Close enough to shopping and food. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again! Allen was responsive and provided clear instructions.

Excellent place to stay

Staying at Emily's place was wonderful! The place was clean and the house was nice. Emily was very kind and responded to all of my questions. Location was also very convenient to many stores and restaurants. My grandparents and I enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! Sebastian and Sharon are amazing hosts. The area was quiet and safe , and the house was clean and just the right size for me and my friends.

It was our first time visiting the USA with my family and found Karen's house on Airbnb with good reviews and good prices. When we arrived, we were hosted by Karen, and she made delicious homemade cupcakes. From the first days, we felt this house was our home. The house is clean and smells good. The location is good. It is near stores and downtown. As Saudis, coffee and dates are an integral part of our culture and identity. That is the way to demonstrate generosity and hospitality. On top of that, Karen was so interested in reading about our culture that she gave us Saudi coffee and dates when we arrived. At last, Karen was a fantastic host. I appreciate Karen opening up her home and providing an excellent experience. Everything we required was at Karen's house, plus more. Getting to know you was a pleasure. You've come to the right place if you're searching for a comfortable, roomy home in a great neighborhood with a great host.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

Juliana’s place was fab. As noted it is on a relatively main thoroughfare but that really only even applies to the front bedroom for the road noise. Bed was comfortable, parking was ample (tho note! a little hard to tell where to turn in from the street - not a huge deal but it’s right past some shrubbery). It is an old building and has the quirks of one but tbh that’s kinda my jam so it worked well for me. Would totally stay again!

Beautiful home with everything we needed. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only cons: Parking was tight for two cars in the back and the locks were a little tricky to operate.

Our month long stay was very comfortable. The well supplied kitchen made meal prep easy. The furniture was comfortable. We highly recommend this property and property owner.

I stayed here for about 10 days during a training session, and the townhome was exactly as advertised. It had a warm, homey feel and was located in a safe neighborhood, making it a true home away from home. My fiancé and two friends who came to visit me really enjoyed the space. Additionally, the host was very responsive and kind, always ready to help whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this property for anyone, especially families, as each bedroom includes a TV and offers superb comfort. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, pots, pans, and cups. It also has a washer and dryer, which added extra convenience. Another plus is the beds are SOO COMFORTABLE! It is the perfect place to stay, whether for a weekend or a longer visit! Nicole's place is a nice upstairs townhouse-style duplex built into a bit of a hill. The space is clean and comfortable and has all the basics. It is located in a woodsy neighborhood. Its a good option if you like space and affordability. Nicole was quick to communicate and help with any questions we had during our stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to land after relocating from Nashville, TN! This townhome was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and class. The layout is fantastic—spacious yet cozy, with multiple living areas that gave us room to WFH and relax. The primary suite on the first floor was a dream, and the luxury steam shower was a treat! One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the space was. Our pups felt right at home, and the fenced courtyard was a great bonus. The hosts were fantastic- incredibly accommodating, even being flexible with our move-out date, which was a huge help during our transition. The location is prime—accessible to both Durham and Chapel Hill, with quick drives to restaurants, shopping (Southpoint Mall!), and more. If you're looking for a premier, well-appointed, comfortable place to stay (short-term or for a longer stay), this is it. We’re so grateful for Andrea, Will & Sam, and all who made it possible. Tiffany was the ultimate hostess. Her rental was IMMACULATE and I'm a huge stickler with regard to that. She was proactive in checking to ensure we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. That speaks volumes about her character! We would definitely request to stay again.

This place was absolutely stunning! Had everything you could possibly think of. Was 100% a home away from home experience! Everything was so clean, peacful and cozy! Place was spotless. Beds/furniture were comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated. Was close to so many great restaurants and things to do. Freda is so friendly and great to deal with as well as very responsive to any questions you may have. Can't say enough about how amazing this stay was!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for that cozy peaceful at home feeling when on vacation!

My family of four plus our cat stayed here while in between house closings. The space was welcoming and super comfortable, I would definitely recommend!

We did a long term stay at Alexis’s townhouse and had a wonderful time. The location was very convenient with a lake to walk the dogs. The house was cozy, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. Alexis was also very quick to respond for any of our needs. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for our family of four. We were in town visiting family. This trip we decided on not renting a car so we used Ubers and walked to a lot of places. There are two parks with in walking distance ages ranging 12months- 12 years. Along with restaurants and shops that you can easily walk to. The house itself was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the owners are very attentive and accommodating. We are counting the days until we can visit again. A 10/10 stay.

We felt instantly at home when we walked through the door! We loved the wooded neighborhood that seemed close to everything we needed, and having no neighbors behind the home gave the home an incredibly private, cabin-like feel. The hosts were very nice and responsive, and we would certainly recommend this home to anyone visiting the RDU area!

La casa es muy cómoda y amplia, tiene todo lo necesario, me encantó el área de gimnasio y la piscina, un vecindario muy tranquilo y seguro, aunque está alejado de la ciudad, en 10 minutos llegas a cualquier lugar porque está muy cerca de las autopistas. This was our first Air BnN rental & it's going to be hard to top. We needed early check in & they accommodated quickly and it was super easy. They were super friendly, the house was beautiful, the temperature just perfect for arriving to hot North Carolina. The pool was our favorite amenity, we took full advantage of that after some long hot days. The showers were amazing with just the perfect amount of pressure. We used the washer and dryer as well, top notch machines. The tv's were huge & there were plenty to go around. The furniture was beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous. It was the absolute perfect place for our family. The area offered lots of shopping options, dining options and of course ice cream. Highly recommend your next trip to the Durham area of North be experienced at this home.
