Une vue incroyable sur le soleil couchant chaque soir, Une terrasse exceptionnelle, Une cuisine intérieure équipée et fonctionnelle, une extérieure très pratique, L'accès privatif au complexe hôtelier et ses piscines ( dont celle à débordement avec vue sur l'océan ), Un lieu magique pour des vacances de rêve, voilà ce que nous retiendrons de ce super séjour. My friend's and I stay in Las Palmas was fantastic! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a truly comfortable home away from home. Accessing the building was seamless, and I appreciated the secure and convenient entry system. Laura, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any questions. The location was great —there’s a bus stop right outside the door, making it super easy to explore the island. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation!

Wir waren 9 Nächte da, es war alles wie von uns erwartet und erhofft. Perfekte Lage (ruhig, privat) und Aussicht, hochwertige Ausstattung, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an "zu Hause". Normalerweise fahren wir nicht zweimal an denselben Ort - in diesem Fall werden wir uns überlegen nochmal vorbeizukommen. Es war perfekt und auch das Wetter meinte es sehr gut mit uns. Alles 5 Punkte!!

Отличное местоимение, много ресторанов поблизости, променад. Квартира полностью соответствует фото. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная, на просьбы отвечает быстро. Минус только один - проблема с парковкой автомобиля возле дома, но тоже решаемо - недалеко общественная парковка.

What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Fatima and Espedito. They were the warmest, most welcoming hosts, always ready to help and make us feel at home. Jeżeli szukasz bardzo czystego, bez robaków domu, w spokojnej okolicy, to się nawet nie zastanawiaj. Czystość przez duże C. Nic się nie lepiło, wszystko lśniące i pachnące. Zarówno w dzień, jak i w nocy nie było ani jednego robaka. Spotkałam tylko raz na zewnątrz cudowną, małą jaszczurkę. W domu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy! Od środków czystości, po przyprawy. Lokalizacja tuż przy sklepie. Do portu, restauracji i na baseny naturalne krótki i przyjemny spacer. Kawiarnia kilka kroków od domu. Strefa basenowa pusta, można opalać się w samotności. Basen piękny ale niestety woda nie podgrzewana, co w styczniu daje niezbyt ciepłą wodę. Ale nie jest to wielki problem, bo jest dużo ciekawych rzeczy do zobaczenia. W domu było ciepło i koc na noc w zupełności wystarczył. Jeżeli będziemy ponownie na GC na pewno wybierzemy ten dom, bo zapewniał komfort i przestrzeń. Polecam z czystym sumieniem

Pedro`s Appartment ist wunderschön - auf der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Das Appartment ist sehr gut, sehr zweckmäßig und vor allem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - hier ist Seele drin :-) die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt, sogar scharfe Messer :-) es ist alles perfekt, und man fühlt sich "wie bei einem guten Freund".

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der großzügigen Wohnung. Massimo ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Alles war sauber, funktionierte und die Empfehlungen von Massimo waren hilfreich. Sehr angenehm war auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der gut gepflegte Pool gefiel uns auch :). Alles gut 👍👍👍

Willa jest piękna, ma ogromny taras z basenem z jacuzzi i pięknym widokiem na ocean i okolice. Lokalizacja w spokojnej, bezpiecznej dzielnicy, świetny punkt wypadowy, by zwiedzić północ Teneryfy i nie tylko. Auto bardzo przydatne. Byliśmy tam dużą grupą rodzinną z dziećmi i każdy znalazł miejsce dla siebie. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, w dzień przyjazdu czekały na nas owoce, woda i cava, za co dziękujemy. Gospodarz bardzo uczynny i przyjazny - zgodził się na późniejszy check in. Kontakt z obsługą willi bardzo łatwy, szybko odpowiadali na wiadomości i wykonywali drobne naprawy - jesteśmy wdzięczni! czuliśmy się tam wspaniale i bardzo polecamy pobyt w Malibu Ocean Villa
