San Pedro: aluguel por temporada de acomodações na orla

We had booked different accommodations elsewhere for later in the week, on the recommendation of a friend. We found Francis’s place last minute, and booked it for our first two nights on Caye Caulker. Francis picked us up at the ferry. The house was a bit further from the main part of town. This actually turned out to be no problem at all (in fact, preferable), due to the use of bicycles available to us. Everything is a very quick bike ride or walk away. The house was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and well stocked. The surrounding grounds are immaculate. You can tell he takes much pride in his properties. Super comfy bed, cold ac, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with cold local beer upon arrival. In hindsight, we would’ve preferred to stay here, over switching properties later in the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of Francis’s properties. 10/10 😊

It was definitely peaceful, it was out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main area. They had bikes for us and we used them every day to get around, which was so helpful. We biked up to the north part of the island past the split. There are bugs, bring spray, but they have these little bug repellent machines that definitely help. It was cool that we found out they were from Canada and I’m also from Canada in the same area they were from! Anytime we needed something they were there immediately to help of fix the issue! They had water for us to drink and tea and coffee. They said the only thing is be careful swimming in the evening because alligators could be out. Part of the charm of the Area! We tried to see some, but there were none that we could find. We loved laying out on that dock, doing yoga and just relaxing. It was so beautiful. Highly highly recommend!!

We loved our stay! Great views, walkable to many restaurants and entertainment. Hosts are wonderful and helpful. We will def stay again!

Sue-Casa was wonderful! it was even prettier than the photos. Susan, her pup Maverick, and the cat all welcomed us on our arrival. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a good one. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the water taxi and had bicycles for us to use the remainder of our stay. We felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was absolutely perfect for us. Close to all dive shoos and downtown.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Stayed here for a week while scuba diving with Ramon’s! Incredibly close to multiple dive shops, so if you’re here for diving you cannot beat the location!! The place is off the main road, but I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe walking around; even late at night. Pista was very responsive and helpful with the checking in and out process! Beautiful view of the ocean off balcony. Plenty of restaurants around and at a walkable distance. Limited chairs to lie out in the sun, and the chairs have a fence blocking the water. This did not bother us, but if that’s important to you on your trip, just be aware. Comfortable beds and clean place! Would stay again.

This airbnb is at a perfect central location in San Pedro. It is right across the main bridge in San Pedro which makes it a great place to travel to either end of Ambergis Caye and to secret beach. The host is very responsive. The only negative thing I have to say is there is a very loud barking dog directly next to the house which barked from 2-4ish am on three nights. The host did apologize and provide ear plugs. Outside of that it was a great stay.

San Pedro recap! Our group of eight (4 couples) stayed at Wilson Point, south of San Pedro from January 20-29. We came to Ambergris Caye to celebrate some fun milestones. We were all first-timers and had a wonderful time! The AirBnB was a perfect option for our group with two golf carts, a fitness room, pool, a hot tub, plenty of space inside and out and on-site staff. Their little pup Reef was an added bonus! We decided to take a boat vs the small plane from Belize City to Ambergris Caye and it was so fun! Thanks to Captain Sam and his wife Corinna of Belize Private Express Water Taxi for taking on all our luggage, a smooth ride and providing rum punch and beers on the voyage! They also took us on a day excursion to Caye Caulker. We had on-site massages by Juanita and staff. The men went deep sea fishing with Guevara Tours. Elena and Alex made us an evening meal, prayed with us and joined for food and fellowship!

Tina’s place exceeded expectations and was simply amazing. Truly a peaceful escape from the hustle bustle of San Pedro, it was a serene slice of paradise and the perfect getaway. Views and amenities were even better than pictured. Spotless, well furnished and stocked, felt like home, and had every amenity you could need. Special shoutout to Eva, who manages the property and was incredible. Just by herself, she makes this place 5 stars. This is absolutely the place to stay for anyone coming to Ambergris Caye, as long as they’re accepting of the 25-30 min golf cart ride from town on the bumpy dirt road (absolutely worth it in our opinion), also anyone with mobility issues should keep in mind that there are stairs to the house.

It was exactly what we wanted - six friends with a separate bedroom for each of us, away from the tourists and activity on the south side. Nice kitchen and common area, and the place has its own pier so you can get picked up by water taxi basically by just walking out the door. Was a little touch and go getting connected with the on-site crew, but once we did everything went smoothly. They did fine with check in and check out.

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

We had a problem with our sliding door locking. M&B went above and beyond to fix the situation- offered to move us- they were able to come out the next morning and fix the door!

The Tiki House was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Away from the main grid, it felt like a home. Plenty of space for 2 couples. AC in living room and both bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, filtered water, full kitchen and fridge. Nina pointed us to a laundress, a snorkel tour and a fishing tour. The rooftop veranda was the place to be at sunset. The pool, bikes and kayaks were all used. Restaurants are walking distance and none will disappoint. We loved the simplicity of island living. Do not hesitate to stay in the Tiki House. It was fabulous! The Pelican Sunset Bar or Elba's were our favorite neighborhood places! Thanks Nina, Elder and Lili.

This little house is among the top places I have ever rented. It’s the perfect size for 2 people, especially since we both had remote work we needed to do. The view from the bedroom and balcony was a balm to the soul. Having my morning tea or coffee in the morning on the balcony while watching the neighbors bike to work or take a jog with the birds foraging for breakfast is something I wish I could do every day. It’s so peaceful at this end of the island, yet very easy to walk into town. There is a little restaurant just steps away, behind the airport, too, where we got a very good meal. If I come back to Caye Caulker I would stay here without another thought.

This was a slice of paradise for our family of 4. We have two small kids and Robert and his family made it manageable and fun. The fishing/snorkeling trip with Thomas was super fun. Lots of yummy snapper cooked up afterwards next door. Their home looks out on a beautiful beach. Yes, there is sea grass, but its on the whole island so no big deal. The chairs, hammocks, and yard were perfect for us to relax while the kids played in the sand. Their hotel next door had great food and a great little pool for the kids to swim. We hope to come back and spend longer.

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

Mercedes is a great host! So quick to respond to all my questions. Loved the rooftop! I will say as a physical therapist - that if you have any Orthopedic knee or hip concerns - you may find the ladder/steps a challenge. But the view! Such a wonderful place for morning coffee and quiet time with the Lord!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon . It was exactly as described. It was peaceful and clean as well. Beautiful views for both sunrise and sunset. Our neighbour was very nice as well . The staff were very friendly and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We definitely would recommend this location and this host. Thank you to all at Captain Morgan/Villas De Isla Bonita for a wonderful and peaceful experience.

Lovely space with helpful amenities. Happy that air conditioning worked. The bit of kitchen utensils were a nice addition. Even the detail of having a broom and dustpan was great when you’re that close to the beach. Sand easily tracks in. The roof top deck with hammocks was perfect! A comfortable futon in the “living room” was perfect for my son. Short walk from the ferry. Loved being able to drop our bags at the front desk.

The place is beautiful, as is the location. On the beach and walking distance to all the good stuff. You can also get a golf cart that’s also super convenient and inexpensive. The only this I will say is, after reading the house rules I almost cancelled. The list is long, has lots of disciplinary actions and fines but I don’t know that they were actually enforced so it wound up being ok.

We had a great new year's stay at Floyd's home, the home was very well maintained and spacious, kids enjoyed their separate space and the home had all the amenities in the kitchen, bath and to relax , the beach view from the patio was great, bathroom showers were spacious, it was great to have a locker in the bedroom , everything about the home was great, the building had a great restaurant so it was easy access during the rain. Silver picked us from the airport and he helped us book all the excursions during our stay including getting us a golf cart and trips to Hol Chan Marine reserve , he was very responsive and friendly and helped us a lot! Emilio helped us a lot at the Belize airport with our luggage and to transition to and fro the Tropic air for the local flight , he was readily available for all our questions. A great place to stay for a Belize - San Pedro vacation!!

The property was amazing, looked exactly like the pics. Very clean & upscale. The only mistake we made was being so far away from town, however that doesn’t take away from our experience. Next time we’ll research better to stay closer to the desired area we’d like. Nonetheless, this properly was great; we loved our time there. The beds were comfortable and amenities as described. Absolutely amazing stay!
