Awesome little place nestled off a quiet road. We were only there one night but our stay was fantastic! We were right on the pool which was great for a quick dip to cool off. The whole property was extremely clean and well taken care of. The bug screened front patio was awesome for the evening to hang out and relax and not have to worry about bugs. The houses are also situated very well on the property so you are not looking right at your neighbors. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Meaghen Del Mar house for the month of January 2025. The home was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave (though no dishwasher). We were especially impressed with how well-maintained the house was, including the complete window screens—which turned out to be a great feature! Mosquitoes weren’t an issue as long as we kept the doors closed. The outdoor spaces were a highlight for us. We loved relaxing on the covered porch, unwinding in the hammock, and enjoying the views from the loft overlook. It was a delightful place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Amazing stay Senel our boat Captain was the best amazing service so kind and helpful. Beautiful place quiet and serene.

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

This is a fantastic place to stay for a few reasons - the main being the location. Best spot on the island is near the Split, and Hilda's place is one block from it. However, because it's removed from the main street, it's quiet and has a nice view. The price is reasonable for the amenities offered, the best being the A/C unit. We stayed for 9 days and found the space to be comfortable during that time. This is a smaller space and not well suited for remote work, but if you are coming for just a vacation we highly recommend it. When we return to Caye Caulker, we hope to stay here!

A beautiful location to start your adventure. Conveniently located, you can walk to almost anything. Love the homelike feel and the ability to make our own meals. We will return in the coming years and hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again! From location to staff - five stars across the board ❤️ We were made to feel part of the community and asked daily if there were any issues or if we had any questions. Wonderful place on the island to book for a family. Pool is a very nice size, house has a decent amount of land surrounding it, and it’s out of town but not too far out of town. Very easy to get around.

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

Rainbow Villa was a beautiful base location for our 8 person family trip. It was a 10 minute golf cart ride from town but there are also a few places to go nearby. The private pool and pier were an incredibly nice feature. I wish we would have understood that the upstairs and downstairs units are like two separate apartments. Our two families that envisioned spending time together in the large living room actually spent a lot of time separate in our respective living rooms which wasn't ideal. To visit our friends, we had to walk outside and up a flight of stairs. Not a tragedy, just an inconvenience. All of the communication and responsiveness from the host and all of the helpers were 10/10. Both kitchens have everything you could possibly ask for. The beds are very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was great. Tres Cocos Waffles and Truck Stop nearby are musts. Special thank you to Alejandro for all the assistance during our stay with kayaks, fishing bait, etc.

Julie and eva were amazing responsive and anticipated issues we might encounter. The home was great and perfect size for our group of three. Plays sala across the street was good for a quick bite or cocktail by the bay. The home is about 2.5 miles on unpaved roads then another 2 miles to town. The unpaved section rivaled the surface of the moon. It probably gets better as it dries out but it was daunting. Choose your golf cart wisely …. Big wheels shocks etc

Steffi was an amazing host! She helped make alternate transportation arrangements to the island when our flights got delayed and we arrived too late for the water taxi. The property is lovely and we liked that it’s located in a quiet area, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

Pat and Chris place was perfect for a few nights (we would have stayed longer if we could have). Remember that this is island living and you aren’t staying in a hotel. The place was clean and the air conditioning worked well! It worked well for our needs.

9 of us stayed in the villa. It was great since we were a mix group each family unit got its own villa. The pool was amazing. We cooked, we grilled we swam etc. the villa is centrally located which makes it easy to get to different parts of the island. Tammi had a great guide book that was extremely helpful as it was our first time to Belize and on the island. While I loved the villa I do wish there living room was bigger in the main house. We were unable to all hangout inside or eat dinner inside but it was a good trade off since we all got our own private spaces. This head up isn’t related to the villa but bring bug spray and aloe Vera because at night the mosquitoes are insane all over the island which is pretty typical whenever you are near large bodies of water.

Peaceful, private, and beautiful. Communication was prompt and they checked in with me periodically throughout my stay. Area was calm and quiet with a convenience store steps away from the property and a few restaurants near by. Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations. I highly recommend for all looking for a clean peaceful place to stay. Golf cart rental suggested for trips to town.

I had a wonderful stay here while I was in San Pedro for a week. Lisa gave tons of useful information and arranged for Dean to pick me up from the airport and Gordo to pick me up from the water taxi. I was diving every day with Belize Pro Dive Center which was not far away. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, so I thought the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. We enjoyed our week+ stay at Firefly Breeze! The highlight was the pool area. IMO this cabin has the best placement relative to the pool, with a private raised deck with steps directly to the water. The interior is quite comfortable for a bare-bones beach house, with WiFi (I worked remotely from here) and a TV with streaming capabilities. Make sure you are prepared to climb and descend the ladder to the sleeping loft; we had no problem but others with limited mobility may struggle. The bikes were super useful and sufficient for getting around the island. However, be aware that the rain creates huge mud puddles to navigate around, and if you don’t want to have dirty feet, renting a golf cart may be your best bet. Bobbi was very helpful in arranging transport to/from the rental for us. If you stay here, don’t sleep on going to Suggestion Gourmet just down the road. Great food and ambiance without the ride to town.

Sue-Casa was wonderful! it was even prettier than the photos. Susan, her pup Maverick, and the cat all welcomed us on our arrival. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a good one. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the water taxi and had bicycles for us to use the remainder of our stay. We felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Both Lisa and Gordo were amazing to work with! They were responsive, friendly, and great hosts! I had Larry monitor changed to my trip and Lisa was super accommodating! The binder was extremely thorough with expectations and recommendations! I loved the location and prefer the southern part of San Pedro over the town as it can get quite crowded. The location is great and the apartment itself was perfect for what I needed! Highly recommend for anyone working remote!

The host was an excellent communicator. Her manager was excellent as well. He gave us many local recommendations for beaches , restaurants, etc. The place is very safe feeling with a 7 foot privacy fence. It is very close to the ferry. I felt like I was there by myself as I hardly saw anyone else.

Highly recommend, great area, lots of great places within walking distance.

Beautiful place. If youre looking to escape the city and traffic, this place is great for meditation and seclusion. Bring natural bug repellant for anywhere on the island
