This property is absolutely perfect. The pool is so refreshing with crystal clear water and the rock slide/water fall is so much fun. The fire pit and out door eating area are spacious and provide enough room to group together and enjoy the out doors. The game room is an added bonus. After swimming all day, the kids have another way to unwind and feel like they are in an arcade. The pool table was great for the adults and my personal favorite. The house is well stocked with extras of just about everything we needed. Gabe was great. Very responsive and flexible with our check in. I would absolutely recommend this property and we look forward to coming back next year.

The Emerald Bungalow was a magical getaway. We enjoyed how the entire property is enveloped in trees and plants and there are many singing birds. The lush green and abundant flowers of spring made it even more exceptional. Addy was consistently responsive and friendly which made us feel at ease and at home. We are grateful to have been able to experience this wonderful space and would definitely come back!

We had such a great Spring Break stay at Tamarack Palms with our two young kids and our pup. The yard and heated pool were the stars—our kids were thrilled to have so much space to play, and even though the weather was cool, the heated pool made it easy to enjoy time outside every day. The location was ideal—peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood and just minutes from the beach, Carlsbad Village, and essentials like Von’s. It made daily outings and grocery runs super convenient. Inside, the home was clean, stylish, and well laid out. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our family, and having a washer and dryer made the whole trip easier. The main living space is cozy but functional, and we felt right at home. Our host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. No negatives at all—just a peaceful, well-located family stay. We’d absolutely stay again.

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

Julie's place is amazing. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the area is. And there's just too many amenities that aren't listed. Julie & Craig are beyond super hosts -- super communicative, helpful, responsive, and thoughtful about providing a wonderful experience. The house is spotless, well stocked with Instant Pot, rice cooker, espresso machine, coffee maker, a four toast/waffle toaster!!!!, and spices/herbs. I cooked like I would at home here! We took full advantage of their board games and pool table for a memorable family game night almost every night. We appreciated the beach toys, pool toys, beach towels and coolers for two amazing beach days! It is super close to Safari Park and not too far from Legoland. There's a cute fruit stand nearby with amazing produce! So stock up here instead! We would definitely book this house again for a future San Diego trip!

The host was responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Definitely would stay here in again!

Stay was great, the kids loves the pool. They had lots of stuff we could use to tale to the beach which was great. Lots of supplies, I have rented places that were super stingy with everything, but this place had more of everything, including things we werent expecting, but needed.

My family and i were blown away by the beauty of this home!! John responded right away with our questions, beyond happy we chose this home to relax for the night. Would definitely book another stay at this home!

Alexander's place was the perfect California get away for our family vacation! The location was awesome just a short walk from the beach. The backyard was so big for California and great for our dogs. It had a lot of seating and a hot tub which was perfect! Alexander was very responsive throughout our stay. There is a train right behind the Airbnb that used it's horn loudly multiple times a day and until about 11 which was very clearly listed in the listing but if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you. We had no issues with the train.

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

Fantastic place with some truly incredible interior design. Had a nice grocery store nearby. Views were pretty. Everything was super clean and tidy. Kids loved the oversized bunk beds, we loved the king size bed. One of the few airbnbs we’ve been to with a mattress that didn’t hurt my wife’s back. Not too far from highway 78, so it was easy to get around.

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect San Diego home base for a weekend getaway. Really convenient to everything and tucked away so quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay!

Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

I chose this location as a personal retreat where I could relax and work without distraction, and it didn't disappoint! The cabin is comfortable and the property is just gorgeous. I very much enjoyed sitting by the creek and reading, and working at the picnic table surrounded by trees and birds. There is also a very friendly cat who visited me while I worked. Cory is a friendly, helpful host, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time. I would gladly stay here again.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Charming place with actually more space than I expected. The opposite end bedrooms worked out well and the yard was perfect for our dog. Quiet time in house rules 9pm - 9am however there is a newer food/bar place just around the corner that is fairly loud past 9pm that makes street parking difficult on the weekend. The house has no parking but street so if you didn’t keep a car out front, it was hard to park if the eatery was crowded. All in all we were happy with it. Communication is excellent and quick. I would stay again. I live in north county and had to be out of my home for a tent fumigation so this was perfect since I have a dog. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Cell coverage is very weak in this area.

Our group travels annually for cycling trips and Tim's place worked fantastic for us. The outdoor areas were a hit for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are separated from the common areas so they are quiet. Tim met us at check in and outlined the home audio system and kitchen. We would definitely enjoy staying at Tim's for future trips.

We have stayed here before, and the location could not be more perfect- it is so close to the beach and walkable to a dozen restaurants. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook to be at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc) and is very comfortable for a family! Highly recommend.

We stayed for about a week at Chana’s Casa. Arrival/check in was made easy with photos for guidance, the space was open, beautiful, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the views out back and saw so much wildlife! Even a coyote! Chana and her partner were very quick to respond to any questions we had, and did so in a friendly way. As a group of four, we had plenty of space, though more may have felt a bit cramped. Sharing an Airbnb property can be a bit odd at times, but the other tenants (in the casita) were kind and we had no issues. Overall, a lovely stay with plenty of amenities and caring hosts! We fell in love with Ramona during our stay and would come back any time.

El alojamiento y el servicio de Victoria fueron increíbles, estuvo atenta a mis solicitudes desde un principio. El lugar muy ordenado, súper tranquilo, todo estaba en orden y muy limpio. Que permitieran alojar a nuestras mascotas fue un plus porque a ellas les gustó mucho el lugar. Un plus fue que nos permitiera salir un poco más tarde para que las mascotas no sufrieran con el calor. Definitivamente regresaríamos en la siguiente ocasión!
