On a adoré la maison! Très bien placée, très belle vue. Tout était très propre, les lits très confortables! La maison est très bien équipée, on s’est senti comme chez nous! On a regretté ne pas rester plus longtemps et assurément qu’on va relouer ici lorsqu’on va revenir! Je la recommande vraiment!

Perfect location. Responsive and helpful hosts! The neighborhood felt safe. We walked everywhere. Good bagel shop around the corner. Parking spot was a plus, and paid public parking just down the street. There is no street parking unless you have a permit. It was a very livable home. The basement setup with two queen beds and two twin beds was perfect for the teens. A few things to share for future guests (I always find helpful): As mentioned, you need to pull the door toward you while entering the code for it to unlock, glad we knew this. Towels are limited and bring napkins and paper towels. The listing does NOT promise these, but wanted to share so you can be prepared. The home could use some small updates and fixes, but nothing that would deter us from renting again. We love to cook but not an issue if eating out - the pots and pans are just okay, and there are no measuring cups. There are plenty of glasses, dishes, and silverware for a large group. Overall experience was great!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Andi's place! From the moment we arrived, Andi was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my large family, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel just like home. Every member of our family had a wonderful time, and we all agreed it was the perfect location. We highly recommend Andi's place and can't wait to return! Thank you once more, Andi!

Very comfortable for a family of 8. Great place, fully stocked kitchen, some games for kids, and walkable to restaurants and grocery nearby. The host was responsive and even helpful in locating some AirPods we left behind, and arranged for us to return and pick them up a few days later.

The place was lovely and cozy. You feel right at home with all the amenities in the kitchen, and the flat is well furnished with a lovely deck. The lightening was fantastic. The neighborhood is cozy with local eateries, supermarket and other easy to walk everywhere. So, it is like visiting NYC and stay across the bridge in Brooklyn nicest neighborhood. This gave us the local feel which is important for the full experience. There were enough outlets, tv nice size and it looks exactly as the photos - no hidden surprises but rather gems. Thank you Pierre and yes thank you for the compliment. I leave everything as I rent it. Respect.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

It was my family and I’s first time in Montreal and we wanted to find a place that felt homey and comfortable, Elena’s house was perfect for us. We felt right at home, it’s a beautiful home and kept in very good condition, and the area is very beautiful. Elena is very kind and was very flexible and understanding of our situation when we needed to extend our stay. The house is a short walking distance from parks, shops, and restaurants it was very convenient and fun for us. It was a pleasure to stay here!

Nous avons séjourné près de deux semaines avec nos deux enfants. Le logement était propre, fonctionnel, agréable et facilement accessible en voiture (avec toujours de la place à proximité) ; idéalement placé pour découvrir Montréal ! Fredy Alexander a été un hôte parfait et a toujours répondu à nos questions. Nous recommandons donc cette location !

Maxime et sa femme sont à l'écoute et toujours disponible, l'appartement correspond à la description, magasin alimentaire juste à côté et parc pour enfants aussi. Bon emplacement, merci pour l'accueil.

appartement spacieux, bien équipé et dans rue calme. des plus très importants : stationnement déneigé pour notre arrivée. et des condiments a disposition. un petit centre commercial très proche ainsi qu'une bouche de métro à 5mn à pied. tout pour faciliter notre séjour.

Superbe appartement, grand, spacieux et d'une propreté impeccable, dans une rue calme. La localisation est super dans un quartier très sympa et dynamique avec plein de restaurants et boutiques, tout en restant à proximité de l'hyper centre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Comfortable, clean and modern apartment in the Old Town in walking distance to a ton of activities and restaurants. Driving to Montreal from out of town, we immensely appreciated the free parking in the building, also given that it is incredibly difficult to find parking in the area. Ellen was always super responsive, instructions were clear and she even gave us great recommendations for Maple farms in Montreal’s surroundings. Highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend, apartment is very clean and quiet and included a lot of amenities. Check in and out were very easy.

The host is extremely available, and communication is very smooth. They assist with any requests or questions. The apartment has an amazing view, especially at night. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. It’s the best spot in Old Port if you’re looking to enjoy the activities and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Eric was a great host and very responsive. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Unfortunately we only had a 3 night stay and only got to enjoy the pool for one day due to the weather. But it was very nice with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful backyard setting. The master bedroom was amazing with beautiful soaking bathtub! Highly recommend this property. We’re very thankful to our host for everything he did to make our stay comfortable. He was quick to respond and always so thoughtful. When one of our friends got sick very late at night, he brought us medicine, which we really appreciated. Even on New Year’s Eve, he came over to fix the dishwasher with no hesitation. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Jonathan pour notre rencontre familiale annuelle. La maison était parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins, spacieuse, propre et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Jonathan a été un hôte exceptionnel, très attentif et proactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui a été un véritable atout avec les températures de 30 degrés et plus. Elle a offert une belle oasis de fraîcheur pour toute la famille. L'ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale de la maison a contribué à faire de cette réunion de famille un moment inoubliable. This house is very spacious, just like in the photos. The environment is very quiet. Parking is very convenient, and it is safe to park in the backyard. You can also watch Netflix on the TV.
