Absolutely lovely place. My second time here and it is just perfect. Amenities are top tier with clear instructions - we booked the games barn extra and had a lovely night playing games and making pizzas in the pizza oven. The house is extremely homely and cosy, with plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub and sauna are great. Love the animals in the garden. Lovely location for gentle walks and pub just over the road or a nice walk into the next village. Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including some little treats, and even robes, extra towels, toiletries and flip flops etc. Really excellent home & hosts. Thanks very much!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The house is comfortable, well equipped and spotless. It had everything we needed, including good size mugs and a teapot! Marie and Ben gave clear and easy instructions on how to get into the house and further information was in the house , if you needed it. Marie was in touch to check we were ok during our stay, which was kind. The garden was a sun-trap, making a tranquil place to rest after exploring the area. It's a perfect location, quiet, easy parking, an attractive village (with walks from the front door) and a pub 2 minutes walk away. We could not think of anything we would add here - a perfect place to stay - we'll definitely back.

A very quirky cottage, beautiful interior , lovely little garden with a seating area, parking for one car . Great location close to the high road , for provisions, coffee shops, restaurants, take aways etc( cottage very peaceful, no traffic noise) nice walks nearby for walking the dogs. Ideal location for me as I was visiting family and friends nearby . Owners live next door should you need them ( I didn’t , as everything was catered for) Will definitely be back . We had the most wonderful stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. If you have little ones, this place is the one! Adam was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. The house was super clean, everything was so easy to work/find. We would hesitate to stay here again. Brilliant value for money, we had the best time. Thank you again Adam and Hannah.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We’re a family of 5 and were staying at Lesley’s house for our daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for our multi generations and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend staying in South Croxton.

Want to say a huge thank you to Sara and Simon. Amazing hosts, all the essentials that you need, true craftsmanship from Simon with what he’s done to the place. We would highly recommend this wonderful little find. Shame we didn’t come later in the year as we’ve missed out on the goats! Thank you so much!
