This place was awesome! Amazing views, great amenities (especially the pool), great location, walkable to almost anywhere, lady bird lake was great to walk every morning. The place itself was amazing. Very clean and everything was easy to find! We checked in after midnight and it was as easy as can be!

Extremely satisfied with our stay at this property. All of our needs were met and we were comfortable the whole time. We will definitely book this property again in the future if need be. Thanks again for having us!

Ive stayed in this building with other hosts for years. My time frame for work this year came late and I stayed with Justin for availability. The place was clean, and located in an area where I dont need to rent a car. I like to use the stairs to avoid all the access restrictions the building has. Justin had single serve espresso in the condo. Game changer for me. The location has numerous places to eat and have a drink within walking distance. I will look for Justins place next year.

Great stay. Felt safe with the added security. Loved the coffee shop being downstairs at lobby.

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!

I stayed here for my bachelorette party and we had such an amazing time! My friends and I were able to get ready and have a few drinks while we waited for the limo to come pick us up and take us to 6th street. At 2 AM the limo came back and was ready to take us back to the Airbnb. Any time I needed to reach out to the hosts they were super attentive and helpful and took care of all our needs. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Austin with a big group. :)

Easy to find. Best part is we were able to not only drop our luggage off but able to check in early to start getting ready! Beds very comfortable. Nice quiet area! Diner up the street named Phoebe’s, hands down best brunch and quick walk. Great host!

Jessica and Kevin were great, communicative and easy to work with hosts! Their place was set up perfectly for an extended stay and was convenient and perfect for my work trip. Ideal location for visiting Austin, and was a nice home to come to after long days of working. Very dog friendly and felt safe with friendly, kind neighbors! Definitely want to come back and am super grateful for the hosts superb accommodations!

Jared was a wonderful host and has a beautiful place. I felt right at home, they went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would absolutely stay here again! Plus some really cute restaurants within walking distance

Danny was great and everything was there that we needed. When we did not bring our dog, he refunded us the pet deposit. Very happy with my stay.

Top notch for price. Great residential neighborhood. Close to downtown and many restaurants. Very good communication with owner. All I felt was missing were a cutting board and cloth dish towels.

Great location, super comfy, so much space with fully equipped kitchen. The location made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go with a cheap Lyft. Loved the little Mexican cafe (Mercardo Sin Nombre) next door too. Stewart was so nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend this spot!

We loved our stay at Naveed’s place. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store and it was a quick ride to the University of Texas stadium. The area was very quiet at night. We were very comfortable in the beds and everything we needed was provided. Would recommend to anyone!

Luis's little condo was great for our 3 night stay in Austin. We love how close it is to a lot of amenities such as a grocery store and etc. but the best part was that it was a great deal and perfect for us to commute to South Congress for hangs via Lime scooters.

We loved it! Great views, rooftop pool and close to many places to visit. I highly recommend using the valet service which was very convenient and they provided outstanding customer service.

The place was clean and location was just what we needed. Very accommodating and excellent communication. Could not have helped for anything better for our stay.

It was great, had to be in Austin for three days for a work event but didn't want to stay in a hotel downtown. This was perfect, lots nearby that was easy to walk to and parking was there as well. They send a video to help give you clear directions, it was nice to know where I was supposed to go before hand. Jason had some of the best communication I have ever received on this platform. I would want to stay here again.

FCM Homes were great hosts! They reached out before and during our stay to make sure we had a smooth check-in and check-out. We went to Austin during the marathon and they were sure to send us information about road closures and other things of note beforehand as well. Check-in and check-out processes were made smoother by being able to leave our bags with the front desk until our flight or the room was ready!
