We had a great time during our stay! The house was clean and spacious, and the backyard was private and peaceful even with neighboring houses close by. The area has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well as a great park right across the street! Perfect for a family traveling with 2 younger kids - who loved the hot tub and bunk beds! Would highly recommend!

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

We stayed at the Treehouse for five nights while we were visiting the Bay Area. We are a family of four (me, my wife, our one-year-old son and my wife’s mom), and all of us love pools/hot tubs and a good sunset. Josie and Russ’s Airbnb delivered on this and more—it was the perfect stay for our family and exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home immediately and always had a response from our hosts within 5 minutes of reaching out. The house is so cool, full of big windows and magical nooks and crannies. The furniture is really nice and the place is stocked with every amenity you could think of, from comfy blankets and towels to sleep masks. The outside is well landscaped, with quality outdoor furniture and trail access to a bucolic hillside where dozens of cows roam all day. The pool and spa is one of the most unique I’ve ever seen, and a truly unforgettable, fun experience. We can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in town!

A great find, a nice, big house on top of a hill. The converted garage man cave, the swimming pool and a large garden are great additions when it is not winter. The house is also nicely equipped with cooking utensils and amenities. Pinole is also a nice enough little suburb of SF, but traffic might make it a long trip. Next time when our family comes to the East Bay, we will consider this place.

My family had an amazing time at Jeanette's place. Her house is just as described. It's simple but gets all the important details right. The stocked Keurig and in-house laundry was great. We appreciated having aTV in each bedroom. The fact that there were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone was a luxury too, unlike many places that just have the bare minimum. Lastly, the hot tub worked great and was a major highlight for my family over our Thanksgiving stay. Jeanette was an incredible host. She was responsive and friendly before, during, and even after our stay. I would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home and super conveniently located to wine country. They were super accommodating and I would absolutely recommend a stay at their home.

Sean’s instructions over all were very clear and helpful! The place matched the descriptions with more than enough amenities than we can ask for. Area was peaceful and quiet, not a far drive from all popular places in SF. Lovely stay!

Beautiful view, spacious house with great amenities. Couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay with my family. Farzad was very responsive, helpful and just a welcoming host. The place itself was as described but the view is amazing and not able to be captured in a photo, you just to need to see it yourself.

For the seven people we had in our home, this was the perfect place on a budget to accommodate everyone. Looked just like the pictures. Very cozy and homey. Jason is a friendly, amazing host that will address any of your needs. Highly recommend staying here:)

We stayed in this cozy bungalow that had four beds, which was one of my main concerns each one of us wanted our own bed. The place was super clean very small and quaint. The patio was the big seller a beautiful back patio to sit on each evening with a glass of wine or in the morning with a cup of coffee we were quite comfortable, and the neighborhood is very clean and very quiet accessible to the places that we wanted to go to.

This home was clean and has nice spaces for a family. The kitchen has plenty of room and is well-appointed. The 3 beds were all very comfortable. The living room was able to accommodate 7 in comfortable seating when we had some relatives over to watch a football game. The outside area is big and fully fences, if you are traveling with a dog. It is convenient to the freeway, bike routes (if you travel with your bike like we do), and downtown Walnut Creek. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this highly.

Great place to stay. Very beautiful Home and neighborhood. Backyard and patio very nice to hang out. Overall the place was clean, comfortable and lots of space. They have toys a play area for children. I do think the NO SMOKING OUTSIDE is a stretch. I’m a cigar and scotch type of guy and it would have been nice to smoke a stick outside with a bottle of scotch. Overlooking the beautiful view . But nonetheless great host and property.

Very helpful, friendly and responsive host. Brilliant location with shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Had some minor issues with the apartment during our stay and the host definitely made up for it, quickly and proportionately. Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Would definitely recommend!

My friend group and I absolutely loved and enjoyed the place. It felt very homey and had plenty of things for us to use like towels, extra blankets, hair dryer, washing machine, etc etc. We stayed here to visit the Napa and Sonoma wineries which are about 30min away. Great views and restaurants nearby and never caught traffic. Oh! And they have a theater on the top floor, amazing. Easy check-in, beautiful neighborhood. Thank you so much!

My family stayed at Nora’s place two times, once at the start and once at the end of their trip. Both times their experience was great. It’s their first time staying at an Airbnb and they took away positive experience due to the home’s cleanliness and well-kempt home. The neighborhood is peaceful and the views were splendid. We would be happy to book this place again if the opportunity arises!

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Excellent location for trips to San Francisco, Muir Woods, beaches. House is huge and lots of room. Deck is lovely for sunsets. Nice marina with friendly dog walkers. House was immaculate. Water is very hot. TVs worked great. WiFi is wicked Fast. Trader Joe’s and Whole foods almost walkable.

We took our electric car to Civic Center. It would be 80% charged at 11pm. We could have left it overnight. However, when we explained to Dave that we tired and were unable to charge from our arbnb unit; he explained it was very old wiring and that he would extend the power from the back with a 100 foot extension. It was a trickle charge using 120 amps. Yet his responsiveness and the convenience was very nice. He was so enthusiastic after talking with us that he thought he might buy an electric vehicle with it a 240amp charger which his guests could use for an additional charge. I was so grateful later to be able to relax by taking a walk right out the door. The air and sounds of the birds were refreshing. Walking through a fence entrance to the parking lot/lake, I found a trail along wetlands to a newer neighborhood next to & looping back to our older village-like neighborhood. Our West facing windows had a direct view of the Civic Center Spire which I loved.
