we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

Location! Location! Location! I plan to come back and never leave the condo, because although Jermeys beach front abode was perfection! And the entire property was well maintained, I found PCB (during spring break) to be a bit ratchet. For anyone wondering I was told outside of Spring Break PCB is less intense. Otherwise my family of 5 and fur babe loved our time at this immaculate condo and had everything we needed!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful beach condo! The location was perfect, and your place was so comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It really felt like a home away from home. The hot tub and easy access to the beach made our trip extra special, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches you included to make our stay even more enjoyable. Location of this house is perfect. It is located one block from the beautiful Gulf and within a few blocks there is a restaurant and a great little grocery store with good prices. Kind of a strange floor plan but everything was comfortable, especially the beds. It was nice to have a fenced yard for our dog too.

It was a amazing experience at Gulfgate. We had a great time our fur babies had a great time as well. Overall, we loved our vacation experience. Thank you for making this easy for us. Mary Ann is a 5 star 🌟 host. Thank you for letting us stay at your Vacation unit 505. It was a great experience.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, comfy, & cozy. Easy check-in. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Close to everything- beach, stores, restaurants. We would stay here again. 🙂

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

We loved this condo! Perfect walking distance to the beach. The included chairs and umbrella set up was a huge plus. Our kids enjoyed both of the pools as well! Everything from the condo, to the resort, to the beach was very clean and tidy! We definitely want to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay here. With it being right next to the beach and grocery store, we didn't have to drive to anything. Joseph was amazing host and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back! This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Marina's place was excellent! Exactly as described and had everything we needed and more. I usually bring along a few things that often seem to be missing at airbnbs and this is the first place I've stayed where I didn't need a single thing....and the closet full of beach toys was a huge plus for my kid. The view was beautiful and we got to watch dolphins in the mornings right from our balcony, the pool and beach were such easy access and it was a very easy walk or drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Will absolutely book here again. :)

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! Bryan is a superb host, going above and beyond to meet your every need! Thanks for making your house feel like our home away from home!

When we need to book a stay in Panama City Beach, we check with Fred first. Previous experience has been great from the booking to the accommodations to communication. Rates are reasonable, we love the area, and their skill in providing comfortable, practical, and attractive lodging is always evident.

My stay was wonderful, the house was clean and tidy and the perfect location! Even if you don’t decide to go anywhere outside of your stay, the options are still great, there are quite a few stores within walking distance to enjoy nicer days and if you don’t want to travel, you can simply walk behind the house straight to the beach! Being a 15-20 min drive from the heart of Panama also gives you more to do!

This was the best place for a weekend getaway! Seconds away from the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. My best friend and I needed a little piece of heaven, by the water, but also close to shops and restaurants and this was absolutely perfect. We had the best time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend! We had the pleasure of staying at Mitch's place, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I especially loved the costal themed decor. The location was perfect – pretty much close to everything. We had no trouble getting around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. Just a side note, if you are older, don't go during Spring Break time.

The condo was clean and as described/pictured. Hosts were excellent with communication. The location of the condo, including vicinity right on the beach was exactly what we hoped it would be. Plenty of cooking accessories in the kitchen. Beach accessories in the condo were enjoyed as well. Overall, the family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We loved our time at Happy Place! An easy walk to the beach and no need to rent a golf cart if you don’t want to. It was easy to find, park, etc. There is also an elevator and convenient carts to use to load/unload. Communication was timely and super clear. It was also great in December to have a hot tub and heated pool. The only thing I would point out is that there are three flights of stairs to the unit (however there is an elevator in the middle of the complex) and stairs from the living room to the bedroom. It was no issue to us, but wanted to highlight it in case it is important for future guests to consider. We would 100% recommend staying here for a small family, girls trip or couples getaway!

We called this home the Flip-flop house! Super cozy and decorated with a great beach vibe. Conveniently located to Schooners, Patches, Fins and much more. Loved it!

Family of four, celebrating a 10th birthday with trip to 30A — enjoyed the property, super easy to get to/park/access the beach. Loved the private beach and beach service (two chairs & umbrella) everyday we were there. The condo was as described, John was incredibly communicative, and we had everything we needed for a delightful and peaceful 4-day long weekend. Would absolutely stay again — thank you!!
