Had the most beautiful stay for 3 nights with family and it was just perfect! Looks exactly like the photos, extremely clean, gorgeous house, very cosy, pool and jacuzzi were so nice and clean, great outdoor BBQ area also. Did not want to leave. Also had a visitor in the front lawn last night (skippy the kangaroo) Highly recommend this house! Will definately be back :) Thank you Zoie :)

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Lovely property looking out onto the rolling hills of Milton, with the sea beyond. Bit of road noise during the day but quiet at night. Don’t forget your swimwear for the pool!

We LOVE our stay at Tanja's place. As soon as we arrived we were wowed by the place. Such beautiful interiers and styling. Also an INCREDIBLY stocked kitchen, that made cooking in one of the nights a total breeze. The location and pool were also such a stunning perk. We really enjoyed staying in so much that it was hard to leave! We all had a great night sleep from day 1 with such comfortable beds. Lots to do in the neighbouring town of Milton for dinners and wine bars and cafes in the daytime. Tanja is also a really kind and thoughtful host with her messages. We really appreciated her responsiveness, care and helpful tips. Would genuinely stay again!!

had a great time staying at this accommodation. the pool and jacuzzi were amazing and the kitchen was fully furnished and comfortable to use. lots of fun games were also at the accommodation and beds were nice. only problem was that the previous people at the accommodation had filled the bins which meant there was no space for our garbage which meant that bin was overflowing. this caused one of the neighbours to go ballistic on us even though we were following instructions as provided by the bnb owner. we were able to explain it to them but this was confronting.

We had a lovely holiday at Paula and Peter’s house. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of worktop space. The living room is very light and has an ocean breeze with the windows open. There are lots of kids toys and board games. The pool is lovely and there’s lots of space outside.

Look no further - this is a great place to stay in Bawley Point! The house is equipped with everything you need, and the beach is only a short walk down the hill. So nice to have a pool to dip in if it gets hot. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

Less than 100 footsteps to the beachsand from the front door. Ample lawn to play games. Spacious house that is light, bright and breezy. Rooms and bathrooms spacious with great cupboard space. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds. Gorgeous veranda from to which to watch and hear the waves, BBQ, eat and lounge. All in all a good quality holiday home, highly functional and the most amazing location! We hope to return !

We really loved our stay at Rowie’s, great location close to the beach, local shops, restaurants. The house was absolutely perfect for our family with dog and Maxine is very helpful, accommodating and responsive!

This was our 2nd stay here in Emily’s home. The house is in the perfect position and has everything you need for a ‘home away from home’ kind of break. We took our 2 retrievers who also love being in Emily’s home, with the beach so close and the fenced yard which allows us to leave them knowing they will be safe. I would definitely recommend this as a peaceful stay.

Stayed here in January 2024 with my parents, daughter and her 2 cousins, my moodles and my siblings. The place was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and read, relax and watch the birds and listen to kookaburras. The kitchen has everything we needed to enjoy family time over meals. The rooms were perfect for our crowd. The beaches, supermarket, coffee shops were close and Nicola was a responsive host. we all had a thoroughly lovely time.

As always - this place is absolutely perfect! I have stayed here multiple years in a row and every time it's absolutely incredible! The House is spacious and comfortable, beautifully kept! It has everything you could ever need! And the outside shower is spectacular! The nearby beaches are stunning and very quiet! Super short walk away, and has fantastic rock pools! The water and sand is so clean and clear! Jenn and Brian are extremely friendly, welcoming and supportive, and it's such a privilege to be able to come stay each year! I absolutely recommend this lovely home and location to everybody! We always have a fantastic experience

We had a wonderful week long stay. The views from the deck and inside were amazing and so peaceful. A short walk to the beach and walking track with a coffee shop and restaurants close by. The local IGA and bottle shop is also only a quick walk away. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful airbnb.

Lovely and spacious home with a great view of Mollymook Beach. Especially loved the large living room space and comfy beds. Located in a convenient location close to Mollymook and Ulladulla.

A beautiful stay. The place was so well equipped with ample both indoor and outdoor seating which made it perfect for a big family weekend away. Host was fantastic constantly checking in and responding very promptly. We loved the selection of books available - this was a special touch. Loved our stay!

What a lovely place in a gorgeous spot right next to the beach. Check-in was seamless and John was a welcoming host. We had all we needed for our week-long escape from reality. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay. It’s only a 10 -15 min walk to the local coffee shop and a dog friendly beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

What a magnificent place to stay! The views were gorgeous, the place with spacious, very comfortable, and generously equipped with lots of amenities. The house was very child friendly with lots of toys and books, and the hosts were so thoughtful - even arranging a toddler bed in the master room. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. We hope to be back :)

David's cottage was conveniently located to the river, the beach and a great cafe. Check in was easy, David communicated every detail very well. The kitchen had everything you needed. The property was great for pets, spacious and kayaks were supplied. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.

A beautiful week with family in a family holiday house. Just perfect for two little boys discovering the joy of swimming as many times a day as they wanted to. Both learnt to boogie board and to play ping pong and pool. A kitchen good enough for their parents, both chefs, to enjoy cooking all our meals and always, the trees and sea around us. A peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful setting with big trees, ocean glimpses and the sound of the waves. Kim was very helpful. The chickens were great company in a very undemanding way. We had everything we needed and Narooma was a short and scenic drive away.
