We loved the house — lots of space for us to stretch out. The beds were comfy and it was quiet sleeping. The hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed watching some of the March Madness games and playing cards at the large kitchen island. Really fun long weekend!

Great house, great location, great host. Beautiful private back deck with a great hot tub. Host made sure it was ready to use when we arrived. House was clean throughout. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals each night we were there. Each bedroom had plenty of space. Just a few minutes to drive into oak bluffs, easy to get to vineyard haven as well. Definitely hoping to stay there again.

This house was beautiful! We went as a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot. The deck was the perfect place to hang outside and dip in the hot tub. The house exceeded our expectations and we would 100% go again!

Convenient location to town center. With kitchen, living room, full bath, and two bedrooms on the ground floor, it made it very well suited to accommodate a couple of people with mobility issues. perfect layout for a multi generational family gathering. If you are a coffee or tea snob, you should bring your own - otherwise the house was well provisioned, including towels for the Jacuzzi.

Beautiful house and very clean! The layout was perfect for our family gathering of 13. The bonus room on the 2nd floor was fun for the kids. The hot tub was large and super clean and the cover was very easy to remove. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We were there in the winter so we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Quiet neighborhood yet close to local beaches and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and friendly in the app. Could use some more kitchen supplies, soaps, towels (not exactly "fully stocked" as the description said). And it's unfortunate that there's no recycling (I think this is an issue with the town, not the host). Definitely recommend this house!

The home was really great just as advertised and my family members felt right at home. Many family memories were made the back yard fire pit and grill was perfect for relaxing and laughing in the evening The beach and beautiful scenery just added to the experience two thumbs up from our littlest family member of 9 months who looked forward to his stroller ride to the beach every day Location was terrific close to Falmouth shops restaurants and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard Tam was very responsive and a great host We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend to other families

Our family had a great "first" visit at the Cape and staying at Leslie's place was truly the best possible choice for our extended family. Having two grandchild under two - the layout of the house was absolute perfection. Not only enough space to spread out, but also the privacy and quietness of the upstairs bedrooms was wonderful. This separation of space allowed all the adults to be loud and have fun in the evenings without disturbing the babies. The private back yard, Adirondack chairs and fire pit allowed for some great conversation and lot of laughs. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make a few great meals. Leslie was great with answering any questions we had and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to someone looking to visit the area. Three local beaches within 5 or so minutes. We had a few great meals in downtown Hyannis and also so conveniently located to hop on the ferry to Nantucket or the Vineyard for the day. (Which we did!) Great stay!

We only stayed one night, we wished we could have stayed longer. Jerry’s house is very beautiful. All rooms were clean, the sheets and towels were fresh-smelling, We were a large group of 11 and the house was large enough to have sections where people can hang out separately but still had a cozy feel. We hope we can come back!

The cozy venue is beautifully located, offering all the comforts of a small Cape Cod cottage on the salt marsh. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that everything was available for a comfortable stay and making themselves accessible at any time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super unique, peaceful retreat that has convenient access to endless activities. The property is situated in a unique, serene location with easy walking access to local parks and a variety of quality restaurants. The water is perfect for paddling to explore the large area of connected coves. It’s a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge and the canal trail. There's little need to leave the property but there is much close by to explore. I'm looking forward to returning to experience everything again, and maybe, experience and discover even more next time.

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

The place is amazing, right on the ocean. Beautiful views from all around. Ron the host is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
