Wir haben uns bei Cole sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr ruhig und man war aber auch sehr schnell in Downtown Auckland. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vor allem der Außenbereich war traumhaft schön mit einem Kamin auf der Terrasse und einem Jacuzzi. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

Fantastic stay! Convenient to the car ferry, central to everything on the island, lovely space, and gorgeous views. Love the espresso machine. Would definitely stay there again!

Such a beautiful home! Had the best time with my family. Very well catered! House is spotless. Easy check-in! Sandy is such a great host! Rooms are big and comfortable. Enough space for a big family. This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Such a stunning home! My dog and I stayed 2 nights, we were greeted with plenty of yummy treats for both of us! The home itself is absolutely amazing, cozy and tidy, with all the amenities you need and more. The location is great with plenty of parks if you’re also bringing a furry friend, on a quiet street and close to the motorway if you’re exploring Auckland. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend to others.

Absolutely beautiful space, really loved that the place had all the things required to cook food. We had a long stay and it definitely felt like a home away from home. It's close proximity to the beach made for lovely runs in the morning. Already hoping to book again on my next trip back home with the family

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The unit was spacious, light and very private. It had all the amenities you would need. Also very clean and tidy. Silvana and Neno were fabulous hosts! We would highly recommend this spot to our family and friends. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time at this apartment during our stay. It was centrally located and easy to get around the CBD area, and the parking across the street was seldom full, so we didn't have to stress about parking our rental. The beds were comfortable and we would happily stay here again!

Loved the apartment! It looks exactly as the pictures. It is very comfortable, has looks of space and is beautifully decorated. I also loved having 2 balconies and the washing/drying machine was an added bonus and very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated the different types of pillows. It was also very quiet, so I was always able to get a good nights sleep. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. I also felt very safe in the apartment. In the evenings you can only access the building with your key fob. You also need it to get access to the elevator. So this made me feel very safe, especially while traveling alone. I had great communication with Hannah. She always replied fast and I also really loved the video she sent a few days before check-in showing how to access the apartment and different details of the apartment. That is a great idea! Will definitely recommend this apartment to others. Loved it!

Absolutely incredible. We had the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. Rozelle is a really lovely person and host who goes above and beyond with your stay with her kindness, responsiveness, detailed recommendations, thoughtfulness and helpfulness. The views are something from a postcard and the fact that you can see these from every room is spectacular. The peace, quite, and beauty is absolute bliss. The bus route is right there so it’s easy to get places and there is also a more coastal walk that you can do to Oneroa which is beautiful and not too strenuous. The accommodation is wonderful. It has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. You felt that you had luxury throughout. Highly recommend :). Thank you for a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Kerri had been very easy to communicate with, she responds fast and has been very supportive and friendly from the get go. The location of this place is perfect for visitors who prefer to discover Auckland on foot, ferry, public transportation. The unit is spacious enough for 2 people and it was truly immaculate with an easy and well described check-in and check out process. The appliances are very sophisticated and easy to use. Kerri put a lot of attention to detail in furnishing this place. Her information on local restaurants and sightseeing were very accurate as we tested some. There are lots of interesting places within a 15 minute walking radius.

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Great host, clear instructions, respond to questions fast. Apartment was clean, cozy, spacious with excellent views! We, a family with 4 adults enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was just what we needed. spacous, clean, tidy and close to the town centre.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

I would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone and I will be checking Monica's Airbnb for all my future stays in Auckland. The location was amazing with views of the viaduct and walking distance to amazing restaurants and cafes. A beautiful rooftop garden to add some privacy and elegance to the stay and a wonderful balcony to relax on with a coffee. Monica was incredibly helpful and was super responsive.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.
