A really comfortable, beautifully renovated house, close to the city centre. A great base for a stay in Liverpool

I've visited Liverpool before but never stayed near to Sefton Park / Lark Lane type of area. We LOVED it, full of history and character around every corner. The property is exactly as described, a true one-off. Beautifully decorated, in particular the bathroom and kitchen. But not so posh that you don't feel at home. The hosts went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are already planning another visit later in 2025. There's so much to do in Liverpool, particularly for people who love art, music and nature. A magical few days away 😍

From booking, to arriving at the property, Eddie was extremely helpful and whenever we contacted for information he responded quickly. The house was homely and exactly as described! The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog who just loves to be outside, and the patio doors at the back meant that we could allow him the space to roam in and out as he pleased. The property was within a 10-15 minute Drive in to Liverpool which was great if you’re looking for a quiet area to stay while visiting. Thank you!!

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

A really lovely house and location I would ask just a bit more flexibility on check out 10am was a bit of a push with lots of guests.

Such a wonderful stay! The place was super comfortable and had such a welcoming vibe. We really felt at home, and the little touches didn’t go unnoticed. Liverpool was great & the homestay made it even better!

The apartment is very centrally located in Liverpool, from here you are in no time at the shopping streets, the Cavern Quarter, but also close to ‘the Albert Dock’ (port) of Liverpool where there is plenty to do! The apartment is quiet. The kitchen is large and equipped with many necessities. The apartment has very nice beds and we were also very happy with the bathtub in the bathroom. Overall a great place to relax during the city trip! The host responded quickly and the instructions were clear. We will definitely recommend this apartment to more people, it perfectly suited our needs to make our city trip a success! We definitely want to go back to Liverpool again!!!

We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location, in easy walking distance from all the shops and restaurants aswell as the docks. We stayed mid week, it was a bit noisy but didn't bother us or keep us awake. We found the half empty bottle of milk in the fridge a bit odd but the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend taking toilet roll, there was less half a roll (but a tesco around the corner). Lovely towels but only two bath and one hand. If you like a bath sheet or want one for your hair bring extras. The street is a bit grim and communal stair well is smelly and unloved but the apartment is spot-on and just what we wanted. Nicely decorated and fully equipped for a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

Lorraines apartment was a great base for our 3 day visit to Liverpool. Beautiful apartment which exceeded our expectations. I expected it to be smaller than it looked but it was actually larger than I thought. We loved it and loved Liverpool. not far to walk into Albert Dock. There was only 2 of us but would be very comfortable for a group of 4. Definitely recommend this to others. Huge Thank you to Lorraine, a great host!

Julie's place was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen had everything required for making meals or anything else. Julie was extremely proactive and the next time I am working in the area I will definitely look to book here again.

Nick's place is perfect if you want to be near the city centre. The space is perfect for a couple. Nick was responsive and helpful at all times and we'd definitely use his flat again.

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

The apartment was clean and tidy, beds are super comfy, and got everything you need for a great stay, even soft toys for the little ones. Very close to the park, play area and lake. opposite a bus stop with regular service to the city centre. Cole was an excellent host, he provided detailed instructions for checking in with photos and was very responsive when we contacted him. I would really recommend this flat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay in this lovely first-floor flat. Situated in a quiet location, it’s conveniently within short walking distance of the beautiful Sefton Park, and only a quick Uber ride away from the city centre. The flat itself is spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring beautiful artwork and every modern convenience you could wish for. Both bedrooms were lovely; the master bedroom was particularly impressive, being spacious and complete with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom, though smaller, was still comfortable and pleasant. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living area featured a TV with an excellent selection of DVDs to enjoy. We felt very welcomed, especially appreciating the unexpected and thoughtful arrival gift of Easter goodies. We would definitely return and highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting the area. All in all, a perfect 10 out of 10!

Amar’s place was just what we needed for our short stay in Liverpool - Location was an easy journey from the city centre and the apartment was exactly as described. Amar was super accommodating.

The apartment is beautiful and very true to description. Amazing location and very well equipped. It is some walk from the other docks but worth it. Easily found. Claire was really helpful prior to our stay. We didn’t need to contact her during the stay due to no problems at all.

Really lovely stay here would certainly come back was a beautiful location and just a little walk to Liverpools heart as well. The hosts were great at communicating if we had a problem. Would recommend to anyone going to Liverpool

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.

I had a great overnight stay with 2 friends at Maria’s place in Liverpool. The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and very well kept. Maria and Joe were super attentive and helpful from the time of booking right through to check-out, which made the whole experience even better. A perfect stay for our group of friends, and I definitely look forward to returning one day.
