What a great place for a family to come together and spend quality time! The house was more than we expected a Ray flexed to answer and solve issues that we did have. Definitely a wonderful place to visit during the Winter season and enjoy the crashing waves of the Oregon Coast. Very thankful for a well stocked kitchen, as we had 10 family members, and enjoyed cooking and preparing during the Christmas season. Absolutely a wonderful spot and we look forward to the next time! We spent a couple stormy winter days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We played games and watched the stormy waves. The beach access is unbeatable. We hope to return for a longer stay during the summer. The bonus of coming in winter was the feeling of privacy with hardly any people to be seen on the beach. The cleanliness of the entire home and well appointed kitchen made us feel right at home.

We had an amazing stay. This place is perfect for families. Lot’s of things to keep the kids busy.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Great views top and bottom floor. Warming up at the fireplaces were a hit after playing on the beach. Thank you Steven for sharing your home.

Richard's place was great. Quiet place right on the bay. We had a great stay in Lincoln City and would definitely return to Richard's place again.

We loved our stay at The Red House. Morris is a very thoughtful and attentive host, we felt right at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights and spent a more time at the marine gardens and taking in the stunning view from the house. We’ll happily book another stay here and highly recommend The Red House to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the coast. Thanks again, Morris!

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

My mom and I were looking for a cozy place with a good view of the ocean so we could relax. And do some self-care. The Snuggle Up delivered that and more. The space was very clean, smelled nice, and looked like the photos. Beds were comfy. Beautiful views and we often had the doors and windows open to listen to the waves crashing against the rocks all day! It was a great visit and we will be returning!

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

This place is perfect for two people who want a place where they can't do stairs and love a great view and still being close to stores. I would walk out shitzu and be just steps away from a couple of great coffee places, a block away from winery store that had a long list of delicious wines to try and another block away from a brewery that had amazing pizza.

This place is so great! Would be a little small for 4 adults and the king bed is in the living room space. But perfect for a family with kids or a pair of girlfriends like us! Such a great view!!!
