the house was lovely for getting my family together for Christmas with enough room for everyone and a kitchen large enough to put together several special meals

The place was everything my guest and I needed and made my party and I feel right at home. Dennis was a great host and was responsive whenever I had reached out. Would book again!

The home had everything we needed and more. The price was fair and the location to the highway way ideal. Close to Morrison, CO with beautiful trails, a lake and Mountain View’s. If you love live music it’s close to Red Rocks. For the price and location we were pleased. Our dogs were very happy there. If you have any car issues the guys down at Turn Too Automotive were ligit honest and excellent to work with. Our windshield washer fluid got clogged and even though they were 2 weeks out they squeezed me in. The people of Littleton are very pleasant people. Would totally go back and stay here.

This is the Perfect home right in Arvada. The home itself is perfect and had everything we needed for our Christmas week stay. We had 4 in our group but the home could definitely accommodate more. Walkable to everything you need, shops, bars, stores, pharmacy. We loved our stay and would definitely book again. 10 out of 10 recommend.

It’s a great house in a pleasant location.

Trisha’s place was perfect! We stayed for a week and felt right at home. She communicated very well. Gave us easy to follow instructions and always answered any questions promptly. The location was PERFECT! It was right by a Walmart, great restaurants, only 25 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from the nearest ski slopes. The house was more than enough space for myself, husband and our 7 year old son with an extra bedroom to spare. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood as well. The only thing it didn’t have was a washer and dryer but we packed enough clothes or bought new ones to work around that. I 10/10 recommend this home and the amazing host Mrs. Trisha! We will definitely be coming to stay again!

Stayed for 3 nights and was a perfect size home for 7 of us. The kids loved the playground in the backyard and although the nearby area can get weird fast, we never didn’t feel safe or at home. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Amazing apartment: better than photos. .Fantastic communication. Scott met us for checkin and gave us outstanding recommendations. The burrito place across the street is incredible. Everything is walkable within 10 minutes. Mountains are n the front yard. Fire pit was blazing! Wow, I will stay here again!

We had a great time, the location was perfect, in the suburbs, but close to the highway and downtown Denver. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean, and was exactly like the photos. Even the kitchen was stocked with basic necessities such as coffee, creamers, etc. Our host, April was very responsive and checked in on us a couple of times. The only thing that might be of issue to guests is that the floors squeak, and as the hosts live in the unit above, you can hear all movement. Great place, with a wonderful backyard that looks at a little river. Would definitely recommend, and if we ever visit Denver again, this place will be our first pick for accommodation.

What an amazing stay! The hot tub was really nice and the pups from upstairs are very adorable and said hello from time to time! The location was perfect (not too far away from all of the surrounding cities). We met Carolyn passing by and she was really nice! Russel is very responsive as well. Overall 10/10 and would 1000% go back!

Excellent place for a single person with warm, clean accommodations and walking distance to downtown Morrison, CO. Very clean downstairs room/apartment, easy to access lock box for keyed access, private entry. Gwen and Jaima were friendly and very quick to respond to any questions! I stayed for 3 nights including Christmas Day. It was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood too, and close access to major highways to travel into Littleton for my visit to see family. Very close to Red Rocks although I didn’t venture up there on this trip.

I enjoyed my new 'home away from home' while visiting my son in Littleton. This is the perfect location as I can walk to my son's house from Ken and Colleen's place. The space is comfortable, with many attention to details- cute decor, snacks available and lots of 'the basics' in the kitchen if you want to cook. I will be staying with Ken and Colleen again when I return to see my Rocky Mt. Family!

Scott’s place is great, private, and has amazing access to the South Platte River! Scott was kind and accommodating — his property is a gem. The cabin was clean, private, simple - but had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked to cook pretty much anything. We caught many fish and would stay again in a heartbeat.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at the wellness retreat. Everything was exactly as described. Thank you, Jason, for such a pleasant stay!

This was the perfect house for my family trip of 9 people. The views were stunning. Jason was very responsive to any questions I had and even offered us some of his personal recommendations around town. We enjoyed our stay!

Dan’s place was great! The Game room/loft was our favorite part of the house! All in all was a nice getaway to enjoy family or friends!

Roman and Nazarena were fantastic hosts. My wife and I hope to come back soon, the home was gorgeous and felt like a piece of old history. It was old and rustic, but the things that should be updated (like the bathroom and television) were updated and great. No complaints about the place- they thought of everything, extra pellets for the stove, nice cooking pans, heated blankets, etc. Amazing! Highly recommend and will hopefully be back soon.

This place was perfect for our stay. James was very responsive and helpful as we had questions about the road. He had the place warm for us and we had a great time!

We loved our stay here! A great place to stay if you’re coming to fish the local river. The house and rooms were comfortable, the indoor fireplace was very much enjoyed and appreciated! I will say that if you intend to use the pull out couch it isn’t the most comfortable so something to keep in mind. All in all we had a great time here cooking and spending time playing games in the yard. Thank you for having us!
