Have stayed here several years for the same event that brings us to this area. Dave, Linda and their very nice handyman, James, have always been very accommodating for our stay. It’s like “coming home”. The house has all the amenities that we are looking for and we ways enjoy ourselves. Our dog, Rocksy, enjoys playing with Ranger and the walks around the property. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.

Several of us were coming to Cascade for the ice fishing. Unfortunately the weather conditions were exceptionally terrible and the perch were gorging on a hatch and were barely biting. Fortunately this house was very comfortable and cozy to ease our pain of a bad fishing vacation. The view of the lake was very nice. We were able to see other people out on the lake which was entertaining as well. The launch was right next door and a really good restaurant and bar which was a huge plus for this house’s location. We’ll come back again next year in January. Thanks again!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

We came as a family of six, so it was great to have the sofa bed in the living room, and our girls loved the loft space! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole place was homey and clean.

Our family had a fabulous time staying at this residence. We kept busy with all of the amenities, and there was so much to do! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to hang at the house, fix meals, and just enjoy the scenery. The dock was well situated and we were able to rent Sea Doos and a boat from a local place in Sandpoint. Loved the fact that coffee was there on hand - never know if it's going to be a Keurig or a regular pot! The communication with the management company was very easy. We would highly recommend staying here. The only negative was our trip just wasn't long enough!

Overall it was a good stay for us. The place was easy to find and we had a good time. We have stayed at 30+ different AirBnB’s and VRBO’s and there are things I would expect at this price per night. Please note, even though you can fit many people at the place you won’t be able to park more than two vehicles beside the house, more than two cars and you have to park those a few hundred feet up the road. Foam mattresses become extremely uncomfortable for adults (Him 175lb, Her 135lb) after a few years of good use, this is one thing I believe that sites like AirBnB and VRBO must add to their filters: Type of Mattress All Foam/Hybrid/Spring. Nightlights would make a huge difference in the halls and bathrooms, if you need to make your way to the toilet at night then make sure to grab your phone. One more thing, the hot tub sits on a deck that is only accessible by a built in wood ladder, not difficult to get to but not great, would be nice if there was a door from the game room to tub.

Wonderful hosts, at an easy to find place, with peaceful surroundings. In addition to being close to lots of places in the area.

The penthouse was fantastic. it's inside a historic type building and tastefully renovated into a 3 bedroom plus bonus room that can be used as an extra bedroom. Each room was decorated very nicely, just like the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes glasses cooking utensils etc. Linens and towels clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs has the best food in town and fantastic craft cocktails and wine. Be sure to say hi to the bartender and staff there, letting them know you are staying upstairs and they'll share great info about the town and other great places to eat, including breakfast croissants and pastries at Bluebird (all made in house) and the Forge for authentic wood oven pizza. Close drive (20 mins) to Schweitzer mountain, and right on the water.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We felt very at home as soon as we walked in. It was very comfortable, welcoming, and spotless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Mat's spot was perfect, as we extended some skiing locally for a few days. Specifically the place was clean, easy to get in and out of, very convenient to downtown, and local grocery. The kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed to do some un complicated cooking. Highlight though was the shower. Super water pressure. I will try to book this spot again, next time I am visiting Sandpoint

Amazing home!!! We had an amazing time and had everything we needed. We arrived to a special gift from the host and I was so happy with everything!!

I wasn't sure what to expect because the list of amenities was minimal but it had everything I needed and more. I forgot my scale and there was one in the bathroom closet, which saved me in a pinch. The kitchen was fully stocked and it even had some spices which was also a blessing. The apartment complex was dog friendly with a grassy area for my dogs potty breaks. The bathroom has mini epionse bottles for facial care and shampoo, soap and conditioner. There were snacks upon my arrival, yumm. The location is close to everything and quiet. I would defined stay here again.

Great stay in a convenient location a a 5 min walk to bars and restaurants in town. Joey was very responsive leading up to the stay. The pull out couch was comfortable to sleep on and all in all no complaints.

We stayed here for 3 days and had such a lovely time. Even though the home is located in the suburbs, it felt incredibly private and secluded. It was the perfect retreat that we needed after a hectic few months. The amenities were comfortable and easy to use/find. Ramon came and shoveled the walk free of snow while we were there and made sure to let us know he would be around. We absolutely would come again.

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

Perfect cozy place and everything was perfect! The hot tub was so nice and perfectly clean and comfortable. This has been my favorite Airbnb by far! Would love to stay here again! 5 stars all the way around!!!

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

Stacy's cozy cottage is where I love to stay when I am in the area with my dogs. The location is so peaceful and the cottage is a very comfortable place to relax.

We had a great time. This home provided everything and was clean. Easy check in process. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. This is a safe, clean, FUN place to stay! 10 out of 10.

Great little Craftsman Cottage in a mature neighborhood of Coeur d' Alene. Great location and easy to find. Just a few minutes drive from I-90. Just a few minutes drive (or 15 min walk) to "downtown" Coeur d' Alene. Quiet little neighborhood. Felt Safe. Easy Street Parking. Great little fenced in back yard area with a deck. Front Porch too! Great spot indeed.
