Heraklion: aluguel por temporada com terraço

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

Très beau logements, très propre avec tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur. Pratique car situé proche de l’aéroport si comme nous il vous faut un logement de passage. Cependant qui dit proche de l’aéroport dit bruit des avions mais cela n’est pas trop dérangeant non plus. Arrivée autonome super pratique et les instructions sont très clair et précise de la part de l’hôte. Et celle ci est très réactive en cas de problème

Το κατάλυμα του Ευάγγελου ήταν από κάθε άποψη εξαιρετικό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με υπέροχη αισθητική. Μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε νωρίτερα check in και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ο,τι τον χρειαστηκαμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nous avons passé 7 jours, dans ce cosi petit appartement. Il correspondait tout à fait à la description, et à nos attentes. La mer est accessible quasi directement ce qui n'ai pas négligeable et très appréciable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, petit magasin, boutiques souvenirs, restaurant, bar de plage ... Fanis est très sympathique et réactif, elle a su nous aiguiller notamment pour les activités au alentours, elle est de bon conseils. Il y avait pas mal de moustiques, mais c'est le risque en étant si près de la mer, des produits répulsif était cependant à disposition. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans soucis. Merci

Abbiamo soggiornato in una casa arredata veramente bene, con tutti i comfort possibili disponibili. L'host è veramente simpatico e accogliente. L'unica cosa è il quartiere, tranquillo ma un po' trasandato. Comunque la casa è strepitosa, non potevamo chiedere dj meglio

Superbe appartement très fonctionnel pour deux personnes. Tout équipé, charmant avec deux balcons. Résidence très agréable avec jardin, patio, piscine, transats et barbecue. L’appartement était bien propre et rangé. Notre hôte a toujours été très réactif et sympathique; petites attentions bien appréciées à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons. Seule petite chose: l’appartement est sur la trajectoire des avions à destination d’Heraklion et ça passe souvent. Mais bon, c’est compliqué de trouver mieux, il est aussi à 10 minutes à pieds du centre du village et des plages. Et ce village de Kato Gouves supporte moins de passage que des villes comme Hersonissos. Deux restaurants vraiment bien juste à côté: le Basilico et l’Asteria. Et un gyros, le pita pita. Les restaurants bord de plage, c’est plus la « nourriture de touristes, vite fait »

Wir sind zu zweit für ein paar Tage angereist und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment hat ein schönes griechisches Flair. Die Räume sind hell und minimalistisch gehalten, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genug Platz für zwei Personen geboten. Vor dem Apartment gab es Sitzgelegenheiten und der Pool ist leicht zugänglich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir konnten zu Fuß in den nächsten Ort, der sehr belebt ist und ausreichend Restaurants, Bars und Boutiquen bietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Schitterende accommodatie, fijne locatie t.o.v. luchthaven en badplaats. Via een shortcut kan je de badplaats in 10 min aanlopen. Communicatie met host / smartplan zeer soepel, reageren heel erg snel.

Très beau séjour. Emplacement près du port à pied. Pris le bus à 10 minutes pour Knossos . Pour visiter la vielle ville même chose . Près d’un market et d’un resto sympathique et totalement Grecque en direction du logement. Le logement est tellement beau et propre on dirait que personne n Y a été avant! Merci pour ce bel arrêt à Héraklion.

Beautiful room and garden, very well equipped amenities. Great location near good reataurant (Petousis), gift shops, major highways to access major sights, yet quiet and not congested (for late Oct season). And gracious host allowing us to check in early after overmoght flights, and very responsive

Ich hab es sehr genossen hier zu wohnen. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe und generell die Wohnung war ein Traum. Ich hab mich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und wollte garnicht mehr weg. Immer wieder gerne. Kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens Empfehlen.

Une semaine très agréable à La Luna Suite. Des hôtes accueillants et plein de petites attentions. Lieu calme et bien équipé. Seulement quelques minutes de la plage. Heraklion rapidement accessible. À proximité des commerces et restaurants. Très belle découverte.

Michael war sehr nett und hat auch jederzeit auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, sehr schönes Häuschen in der Nähe eines Dorfes wenn man es eher ruhiger haben möchte. Mietwagen empfohlen, aber alles in allem fünf von fünf Sterne.

Was a great stay and if I’m ever back in Greece I’ll book this place again. Having the A/C in the very modern home was very awesome and everything was a 5-10 minute walk. Very close to everything. Thanks again!

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The accommodation is as good as it is described and offers excellent facilities. The car parking that comes with the accommodation gave us peace of mind and the sauna works very well. Best of all, the hosts were very responsive and provided us with breakfast essentials that were very useful. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Bardzo dobre miejsce. Blisko starego miasta, około 10 minut pieszo, ale jednocześnie bardzo cicho i spokojnie w nocy, można doskonale odpocząć. Serdecznie polecam tą lokalizację

Het appartement zit op de begane grond en heeft een ruime zonnige, besloten tuin. Bij aankomst werden we persoonlijk ontvangen door Maria en Giorgos. Ook stond er wijn, raki, olijfolie en Kerstkoekjes en chocolaatjes voor ons klaar. We voelden ons echt welkom. Het appartement is op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Heraklion. Ook de bakker en de supermarkt bevinden in de straat van het appartement. In de tuin staat goed tuinmeubilair. De sinaasappels die aan de bomen in de tuin groeien mochten we plukken en eten. We hebben nog nooit zulke lekkere sinaasappels gegeten. 😀 Maria en Giorgos zijn supervriendelijk en erg toegankelijk. Zij reageren ook snel op berichten. Een verblijf bij hun is zeer aan te raden. Zeker als je Heraklion en de omgeving wil verkennen. Maria en Giorgos bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid. H&H

I had a great time staying in this location! Responsive and kind hosts, large and clean accommodations, with very modern amenities. I will choose to stay at this place next time I visit Heraklion! Marina was a very helpful kind woman who addressed a problem with the shower when it was not draining.

Great location, exceptional views. The host was very accessible for communication and very helpful. We enjoyed her recommendations. Free parking was difficult to find but there are 2 paid parking lots right next to apartment. Seafood restaurant across from the apartment was delicious!!

Kostas was probably the best host we've ever had (and we've had a lot of great hosts!). He was extremely helpful and friendly, answered quickly and in detail at all our questions, got us a taxi for our departure and even came to the airport to bring me the keys I'd forgotten in the apartment, which I appreciated so, so much. I can't thank him enough! Moreover, everything in the apartment betrayed great thoughtfulness, it was clear that Kostas thought with great care about everything one could need while staying there, from appliances to plenty of drinking water, shampoo, etc. The apartment is clean and functional, very quiet and private, although literally around the corner the vibrant life of the town awaits you. We could walk everywhere, the apartment is at mid-distance between the Venetian fortress and the old town centre - couldn't think of a better location in Heraklion. Not to forget the terrace, so nice, private and inviting - great for breakfast or a night cap.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable. George was very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und sehr freundlich. :) Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür (max. 1 Minuten zu Fuß), die dazu passende Strandbar mit kostenfreien Liegen ist auch direkt vor Ort. 🌊🍹🌞 Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Staubsauger oder Besen. Nach 9 Tagen gelangen auch bei großer Vorsicht Sand oder Dreck in die Wohnung, es wäre praktisch gewesen, diesen entfernen zu können. Gerne wieder! 🫶🏻
