We stayed at Katie’s while visiting our college daughter for her birthday. The house was very clean and was extremely well stocked and equipped. I especially appreciated the coffee bar she has set up! It was a bonus to be able to bring our family dog. The fenced backyard was perfect for her and the neighborhood was a great place to walk her. Katie’s house was perfect for our visit!

An excellent stay. We had a great time. It was very cute and easy to get to. A 5 minute drive took us to the heart of downtown Minneapolis.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and tons of great amenities. You can really tell Janine tries to take every detail into consideration - there was nice ambient music playing when I walked in, there were Valentine’s Day decorations throughout the house (which was very cute) and all kinds of little extras. Every room had towels nicely folded with pillow mints and flower decor. There were robes, slippers, travel toiletries, fans, space heaters, foam toppers for the beds, books/coloring books and supplies/puzzles/toys for kids, I could go on. We live in Maple Grove and needed somewhere to stay while having work done in our home. Staying at Janine’s made life so much easier and actually made the whole process something to look forward to!

Kady is a great host with a one of a kind house. She was very accommodating, she went above and beyond. The house is very unique and comfy. I will go back if available. Thank you!

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. I always feel right at home. And it is very central so easy to get around while I'm here. I'm grateful to have discovered this gem!

Nice place good stay!

We loved our stay at this cozy Northeast Minneapolis home. The location is perfect and hosts went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and comfortable for our toddler. The theater was incredible. Definitely would stay again!

Everything was very clean and in good condition. It is a mid century home that has been tastefully updated. We were able to drive to downtown Minneapolis in 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. The neighborhood was quaint, with kids playing outside in the yards and dogs being walked. Adam was caring and responsive. We had no issues while we were there so there wasn’t much need to communicate, but he responded promptly and helpfully when I had a question. A perk I have not experienced in other Airbnb stays is that dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were provided. That was thoughtful and convenient, as I forgot to pack those things.

Sarah's place was just as described! The room was clean and had everything needed. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a nice place to stay and way better priced than other Airbnb's in the area.

Sarah is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and very quick to respond if I ever needed anything. Would definitely book again.

Our stay at Peter’s place as a family of 4 was great! We had many plans over our time there and the location is great to be between Minneapolis and MoA. Art institute is close, lots of great eateries around, and Peter was responsive when messaged. The apartment itself is just what we needed- clean, simple, and accessible. The amenities were great as we utilized the roof, fitness room, and coffee room. Thanks for a great stay!

Sarah was a very attentive host, always answering my messages quickly and clearly. Nice location, good things to do in the area, good location to downtown, and a great neighborhood! Great amenities and a good place to stay for a more extended time, but don’t want to sublease/lease an apartment.

I recommend this place highly-it's very convenient for work, play, and relaxation. Sarah is a great host and the guests here are chill and cool people. I was new to Minneapolis and I had a great time exploring St. Louis Park, Bde Maka Ska and Uptown - and commuting to work out in the burbs was a breeze.

Peter was an exceptional host throughout our stay. He was very almost immediately responsive and a great communicator. My elderly parents stayed with me and had some mobility issues, and Peter and the building manager made generous accommodations to help them during their stay which. We enjoyed the place so much we decided to stay an extra two nights and Peter made it very easy to modify our booking. the downstairs amenities and grocery store next door were great, but Peter and the staff at Good Dwelling are who made our stay memorable. Book with Peter the first chance you get!

Great location for us to get to U of M, MCAD and restaurants. Peter was super responsive and helpful!

We had originally booked another stay and it was not what we thought. We needed a place asap at 7pm and Stephen was amazing and took us in! We loved his space. We are a family of introverts lol so it had plenty of space for each of us to get our space at the end of a hectic day. It’s an old house so there are squeaks and creaks but we loved it all the same. Being that it is old it’s a little chilly but we didn’t mind because he had plenty of bedding. The locks were moody but we always got in eventually. The neighbor upstairs was super helpful. It’s close to everything! Great stay we were in town for business so we had to run all over the place several times and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

John was a great host, welcoming my son and I into his home. There was a nice sense of community in the home filled with past travelers and stories. I much more prefer the experience of a home than staying in a stuffy hotel. The accommodations were the perfect size for my son and I, not having to cook breakfast was a huge bonus and it was very delicious. The area is walkable, sadly it was a little cold and snowy to venture out on foot. Will definitely stay again!

Monica could not have been more welcoming as a host. (I also briefly met Russell and Rebecca, who were also lovely, but the North Minneapolis property at which I stayed was mainly managed by Monica.) Along with ensuring my access to a variety of amenities (however experienced I may be as a traveler, I always forget things!), Monica also went "above and beyond" as I was dealing with a flare-up of a mobility-limiting condition, finding a heating pad for my use and taking me on pharmacy and grocery runs when I could not otherwise manage other transit. Moreover, she prioritized my well-being as an immunocompromised person by declining reservations from additional guests, absent their assurance in advance concerning their vaccination status. I found her highly knowledgeable about the area and a very caring, sincere human being overall.

A very nice stay with more of a classic B&B feel than most. The breakfast spread (including homemade bread) was great and Lisa was very nice and responsive!

Great host. let us check in early due to our fighting landing early. clean house, comfortable beds, close to food, groceries ,etc. close to downtown, the mall of america and airport only 20 mins away. nice quiet place to stay.

I was able to work from the kitchen table- where there was cereal, lots of cut up fruit and homemade mini muffins- which were delicious! They made the availability of the kitchen area open which was really appreciative. Super nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was super deep- which was nice soak in. The neighborhood was beautiful! Walked many miles. easy access to the very inexpensive public transportations systems. Thanks for the opportunity to stay with your family.

The stay at Liz & John’s Airbnb was incredible. The house was welcoming, and you feel at home immediately. They are great listeners and truly value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I have known Liz & John for many years as I used to have employees from out of state who have stayed with them regularly when on business trips. I recently went through some rough times and need a home to stay and found refuge at their humble and beautiful home. Liz and John are amazing hosts, and their breakfasts are prepared from the soul. They are like a family to me, and I am so grateful to them for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. My stay happened to be over the thanksgiving holiday and was invited to join their family and friends for thanksgiving dinner. It was one of the best thanksgiving dinners I have ever had as Liz is a master chef. May God bless them both as they continue to help so many that needs a warm bed and welcoming home to stay. Peaceful and serene tree lined area, convenient to nature trails, yoga, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Diane is an exceptional hostess and made me feel right at home. Private room and bathroom. Definitely returning to Diane's again!

My son and I were in town for a hockey tournament and Mary's home was perfect! The neighborhood has tons of character and all the restaurants we visited nearby had great food. Mary was very kind and a great host and the space and beds were very comfortable and inviting . We would return in for sure. Thank you again Mary!
