사진과 똑같아요^^ 호스트님께서 어찌나 깔끔하신지 먼지를 찾을 수가 없을 정도로요.. 침구도 정리 잘 되어 있고 아주 아주 깨끗했어요. 눈이 많이 와서 걱정했는데 눈도 다 치워져 있고, 방도 따뜻했어요.. 관방제림, 죽녹원, 국수거리 등 도보 가능해서 좋았어요.. 겨울이라 담양의 멋진 모습을 다 못 본듯하여 다음에는 다른 계절에 올께요..

Highly recommend. The house is around the neighborhood of hwasun. On the way there, the road side is full with cherry blossoms, so pinkish all the way. The house is very clean and complete. The host provides good quality appliances which makes my stay more comfy. Linens and bedding is comfortable too. Dishes and dishes for bbq are complete too. I hope to be able to come back and stay more days. It was a lovely weekend we had.

지금까지 가본 숙소 중 최고였습니다. 5점 만점 이유가 있습니다. 우선 깨끗하고 사용자의 필요한 서비스 전부 제공되어 있음. 감성 넘치는 조명 실내. 외 그리고 태블릿으로 연결된 블루투스 스피커 음악이 반겨주고 있습니다. 장작 이용하여 난로 이용하면 밖에서도 안 춥게 이용할 수 있습니다. 강추강추!!

인테리어를 새로 해서 매우 쾌적합니다. 사진과 같아요. 버스터미널과 가까워 이동도 편리합니다. 다음에도 기회가 있음 다시 이용하고 싶네요.

평화롭고 아름다운 공간입니다. 중심가와 가까우면서도 조용하고 독립된 곳이에요. 광주에 온다면 다시 방문하고 싶어요.

Place is clean and spacious. It has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Area right outside of the door is open with a view of a nice Korean suburban neighborhood. There are many late night restaurants around the area. As a result, though, it can get a little noisy at night.

터미널이랑 거리도 가깝고 야구장 근처고 먹자골목도 조금만 나가면 있어서 너무 좋았어요! 그렇다고 시끄럽진 않아요. 오히려 주택가에 있어서 조용합니다 :) 늦은 시간에 체크인 요청 드렸는데 친절하게 맞이해주시고 주차도 너어어어어무 편하고 외관 통유리 집이 너어무 예뻐서 감탄이 절로 나왔네요. 집도 너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 어쩜 이렇게 아기자기 잘 꾸며놓으셨는지.. 침실도 인원수에 맞게 3개나 있고 침대도 너어어무 편해서 꿀잠 잤네요! 집을 보니 호스트님이 얼마나 애정을 가지고 케어하고 있는지 느껴져서 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 담에도 또 오자고 가족들이랑 얘기했네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 좋은 추억 가지고 갑니다 :)

레이트 체크아웃 숙소로 찾았는데 만족하고 갑니당

에어비앤비에서 본 숙소 사진이 너무 예뻐서 예약했는데, 실제로 가보니 더 좋았어요! 우선 청결 상태가 아주 훌륭했어요. 침대, 욕실, 주방 모든 곳이 정리정돈이 잘 되어 있었고, 수건과 침구도 새것처럼 보일 정도로 깨끗했습니다

아이들과 광주에 야구보러 갔다가 방문했어요~ 깔끔하게 잘 정돈 되어있어 집처럼 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다~ 안내사항 잘 정리해주셔서 불편함없이 지냈어요 다음에 또 오고싶네요~

this apartment is great! perfect for staying in Gwangju area and the near nature attractions. the house looked better than the pictures which was a nice surprise,highly recommend!

깨끗하고 따뜻한 숙소였어요 단점이라면 바깥에 클럽인지 음악소리가 밤새도록 크게 들려서 소음이 예민하신 분들은 힘드실 수 있어요

시설이 깨끗하고, 침구가 잘정돈되어 있고 일반 아파트 같았어요. 간단한 조리도 가능했고 방이 두개라 시아버님도 편하게 계실 수 있었습니다.주차가 조금 불편했지만 주차는 다른곳을 안내해주셔서 편하게 해결됫습니다. 가족들의 만족도는 매우 높았습니다.

광주에 방문할때마다 머무르고싶은 숙소였습니다. 강추 👍

Le logement est parfait. Mais que dire de Paul qui est extrêmement serviable, disponible, gentil et très aidant. je recommande +++++ après 6 mois de voyage, je peux vous dire que c'est l'hôte qui a été le plus sympa. merci pour tout

호스트님이 질문에 너무 친절하게 안내해주시고 배려해주셔서 편안하게 잘 머물다 갑니다. 집 및 구비된 물품 등 사진과 똑같고 소품 하나하나 생활하기 편하게 배려가 느껴져서 좋았습니다. 주변에 슈퍼 식당 등 편의시설도 가까워서 비교적 장기간 머무는 것도 편안했고 안전했습니다. 필요하거나 궁금한 것에 호스트님이 신속하고 친절하게 응답해주셔서 지내는 동안 마음이 편안했습니다. 추천합니다.

I stayed at Paul's place during my studies at Chonnam and he was a very kind host who listened and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The instructions that Paul gave me on arrival were very clear which enabled me to quickly find the place. The flat is large and very functional, with everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, shower gel, towel, kitchen utensils, etc). The location is perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, there are plenty of convenience stores or supermarkets right next door, chonnam university is a 7-minute walk away and there are numerous bus stops within a 4/5-minute walk. I would recommend it 100% for both short and long-term stays.

위치가 약간 외진 곳에 있지만 정겨운 동네구요. 차량은 필수로 가지고 오셔야 합니다. 주변에 마트에 가려면 차로 3분정도 가야합니다. 방도 크고 거실도 커서 지내시기에는 너무 좋아요. 강추합니다.

외국 친구와 광주 여행 중 숙소의 영향이 가장 컸던거 같아요 깔끔하고 여유롭게 쉴수도 있고! 무조건 재방문 예정입니다!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich groß und sauber. Sie hat auch immer besonders gut gerochen! Die Nähe zur Chonnam Universität, Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkten war perfekt für uns. Auch die Ausstattung hat uns super gepasst, obwohl es keine Küche gibt, aber wir hatten nicht geplant, die Tage zu kochen. Es war auch sehr praktisch, dass es so viele Handtücher gab :) Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank an Paul nochmal!

The apartment is nice and well equipped. It gets plenty of daylight and it's great for working or studying. The location is also convenient. There are bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Paul was very kind and quick to respond to my messages. I felt very comfortable. My stay was excellent.
