Sherry was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. She was so helpful in making sure we felt at home and that our experience was memorable for our family celebration. The location was great for those who want to be near The Ohio State campus and we felt very safe. Our guests had a great hot tub every morning and we enjoyed cooking for our large group in the kitchen. Sherry made it so easy and was always available in real time, so it was a wonderful experience for us all. We would highly recommend this property and have wonderful memories of our family time together there.

This stay was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this space for anyone, but especially for a larger group of people. A group of us got together for alumni weekend at Ohio State and Pete's location was perfect! The home is pristine and every detail has been considered. Our party of 10 all had a bed to sleep on and had plenty of privacy. The kitchen/living room space is the perfect gathering spot indoors. The outdoor space is truly magical! The pool and hot tub were essential for our stay (in late October) and the outdoor fireplaces were also great gathering spots. This home allowed us to visit and catch up without having to go out all the time for our trip. The location is perfect - it is close to OSU as well as the interstate if you need to get anywhere in Columbus. Pete was an outstanding host. He was responsive almost immediately if we had any questions and went out of his way to show us how to utilize more complicated things. I hope we can return soon!

Jared was an awesome host. Very communicative, responsive, and helpful. The home was fantastic, easy access, and the garage was a huge plus for us. Hope to be back for a longer stay, highly recommend this home!

Very nice host and nice property, down the street from all my family so very convenient. Price seemed a bit high but I bought late for Thanksgiving so it was the only property available and cost may have been surge pricing. Host seemed to try to make up for the price with creature comforts, like a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was nice.

We had a great stay here! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this home and host.

Our stay was perfect! From communication, check-in, location, and the place itself. Should I ever find myself in the area again, I would 100% recommend this place!

We cannot recommend Daniel’s townhouse enough. Daniel was a great communicator, always going the extra mile with local recommendations and checking to make sure if we needed something mailed to us that we left behind. The neighborhood itself is super walkable to the main drag in Short North and we felt safe as two females in an unfamiliar area. The ability to drive straight into a garage that connected to the backyard and to the house was so convenient. We visited in winter so did not use the outside or pool but what an added bonus for warm months of the year! The house had lots of amenities and creature comforts beyond what is even mentioned. It made for a great spot to both work and play from. Zero complaints whatsoever and will absolutely be back to stay on our next trip to Columbus!
