We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

This is place is perfect for staycation. Very spacious, clean, and is complete with necessary amenities. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, convenient stores, and gas stations. Van was such a wonderful host and had answered every inquiry I had. I highly recommend this place for group meetups.

We enjoyed our stay at Nate's place. This is definitely a steal! No need to travel far just to have your team building or gathering. The place was very clean and spacious, and has everything you would need including lots of plates and utensils, and cookware. The internet connection was also great. The pool was very nice - not too deep, so safe for everyone. I wish I had known earlier that we can get the pool heated for a few hours at an additional cost. We would have availed it! Highly recommended!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. The place had everything I needed, even a filtersystem so I could drink tab water. Jammie is sooo caring, she even took care of pest control which really saved me mentally ❤️❤️ haha I'm German...The apartment is cozy and cute, I felt very comfy in this place and I am very very grateful!! The host answers really quickly and takes immediate care, so it was really relaxing for me ❤️❤️

The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of tourist spots like Luneta and Intramuros. The host was very helpful and provided excellent guidance throughout our stay.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! :) The unit is spacious, aesthetic, and has great amenities. The host promptly requested maintenance to check on the AC when we thought it wasn't working. Self check-in was also a major plus since we had a morning activity and didn't have to worry about checking in late. Also, the roof deck was so nice! Wish we had stayed a bit longer :) Thank you!

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

Highly recommended. We really enjoy our stay at Nina’s place. The place is so comfy, we instantly feel at home. I really appreciate that they also provide additional stuff for pet companion. Will definitely book this place again

This is my go-to place whenever I'm in Quezon City. It's always clean, smells great, and is even more beautiful in person. The location in Eastwood is perfect—great restaurants and everything I need are just around the corner! Siri is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to make sure I'm well taken care of. We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!
