Escambron Beach: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

Awesome stay wish we could’ve stood longer. Had a small issue with the light but was easy to fix after the quick response from our host. My daughters loved the play area in the garage and took full advantage of the pool. There is a corner store that is walkable distance as well as a coffee shop and gas station. Was already trying to go back again before we left for the weekend but was already taken.

My husband and I flew down last minute to celebrate our anniversary. We were very pleased with the beachfront property! We loved the terrace and we felt very safe! All stores were within walking distance along with restaurants and bars! The air conditioning was great also. We were very happy to find beach chairs and an umbrella! My only feedback is that 2 key fobs would make it much easier to do things individually! Overall we loved the studio and our hosts were very responsive!

Very private. It’s right in the area with the locals but is very secure. The furniture was great. All of the upgrades done to the home are great and the outdoor shower capped it all off. It’s pretty close to entertainment and the beach as well. Very satisfied

I loved this apartment! First, the building the apartment is located in is super nice. It was well maintained and had lots of safety features. I am a solo female traveler and I felt very comfortable. Second, the apartment itself was very lovely. It had great lighting and was super clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Third, the location was nice! I love walking and I was able to walk everywhere. There is a Walgreens very nearby for any last minute necessities and many restaurants nearby as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Had a pleasant stay. It’s an older home but very clean, comfortable and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Host was very helpful and attentive.

wonderful condo with ocean view. we left the window open so we could hear the ocean waves. if you are sensitive to sounds you may feel uncomfotable until 12:30am. the restaunt/bar may have late guests. building condition is aged but condo itself upto date nice and clean. money we spend was worth it.

I enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the location close to the beach and airport, cleanliness and that the housing had extra amenities like a hair dryer, sun tan lotion, beach towels, etc.

This place was perfect for our spring break trip!

Josue's apartment was excellent and everything we hoped for. It was in a gated community with a security guard which made us feel safe. The apartment was spacious and had a wonderful master bedroom and master bath, and additional bedrooms with bunk beds and another full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had a big dining table and large sofa - this type of spacious space is why we now prefer to stay at Airbnb. There is a small beach at the property and there were beach chairs and towels. But other public beaches were close by if people wish to try them. We found some excellent local restaurants within a 25 minute drive - recommendations include Don Pepe, Las Picuas 123 Seafood Restaurant, and Asador Boricua. There is a small grocery store/pharmacy next to the resort and a Walmart 20 minutes away. We had a rental car but when we needed to use Uber once we were able to find one within 15 minutes. We loved Josue's apartment, and we will definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved the location, view and privacy of the beach. I traveled with three children and felt entirely safe at this location. We will be back!

This was an amazing pick. Ami was a great host. We stayed in PR for my son’s 13th birthday and Ami even set up balloons for our entry. Endless suggestions were given on where to go and what to do. 10/10 stay

Kat was such a great host! She was responsive, had clear instructions, and tons of recommendations prior to my stay. The studio was exactly as pictured, alongside stunning views, quick access to the beach through the building, and a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food spots to choose from. The stay had everything I needed and more, with the bonus of how beautiful designed the space was. I’d definitely love to stay at here or another one of Kat’s listings again!

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The photos do not do it justice at all!! Fernando was an amazing host and made the group and I feel right at home for my bachelor party. He was extremely responsive on questions, requests, and issues. 11/10 recommend!!!!

We had a great stay in this apartment! The outside of the building and amenities are quite tired and in need of updating but the apartment it self is wonderful. Exactly as described and the host was responsive. The location is great and we were very happy once we settled in.

We had an amazing time staying at this home while trying to beat the Pennsylvania cold. The home was stocked with most things you need to do some cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms offer lots of options for different groups/families. The outdoor area it’s perfect. Our daughter spent all her free time in the private on site pool. We wanted to extend our stay but the house is all booked up and we can see why. With a rental car, the home is centrally located to great restaurants, some shops and grocery store. If we find ourselves in Puerto Rico again we will definitely be looking to book again.

Jose was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. The location is amazing about 40 minutes from San Juan, 20 minutes from El Yunque and barely a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great amenities, had plenty of towels and things to use within the kitchen. Overall had a wonderful stay definitely worth the price.

We had a wonderful time! This is the end unit, so closest to the pool and the beach. It was very quiet when we stayed, we often had the pool and the beach to ourselves. We felt very safe. We would walk down to the beach at night to stargaze. We met a few of our neighbors and they were very friendly. One recommended the can can at La Perilla, a local restaurant, which was very good. You are a short drive from restaurants. 30 mins to El Yunque or San Juan. We went back to Palmer, (outside El Yunque) to visit Bakehouse 48 bakery twice. Great coffee, pastries, they also serve sandwiches and breakfast. My only concerns- the elevator is unreliable. It was only working the last day of our trip. Five flights of stairs was a minor inconvenience for us but for elderly or disabled might reconsider. They also spray them down to clean them every few days, which creates puddles. It could use a little TLC and some exterior cleaning, but for the million dollar view, great value! Love to go back

Really enjoyed staying in Dorado. Marisol and Pedro were wonderful host. They were so flexible with her check out also recommended all the different places in the area to grab food sightsee and also they have a beautiful dog named Max who came out and greeted us. I would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. I have a wonderful Puerto Rican couple who loved the island and love showing its beauty and all the creature comforts of the mainland.

The house looked just like the photos. Beautiful views from all the rooms. I love preparing meals and looking out at the ocean, our daughter loved the swings just steps from the house. The beach near the Embassy gate was nicer than the public beach on the other side. Some searching is needed to find a favorite beach but Nereidia was helpful for that. Convenient to the SuperMax grocery store as well. Our kids loved the bowling next store by the casino which was a 5 minute walk. Check out Tony’s place bakery nearby too! I got all my laundry done with the great laundry system. Great coming home with clean clothes!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! We had a wonderful family vacation at K's place in Isla Verde! We stayed for a long weekend with our young kids (ages 1 and 5) and the condo was perfectly set up for families. Having such easy access to the beach was so nice, and K even provided beach toys that the kiddos loved. She was also so accommodating and helpful in coordinating our baby equipment rentals (crib, high chair, etc.), working directly with the rental company to make the drop-off and pick-up easier so that everything was ready for us when we got there. Overall we had a great trip and would absolutely stay here again!

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Everything was as advertised and we especially appreciated how pristinely clean and clutter free this house was. It was only 3 of us but this place could very comfortably host a large family gathering. This is how every Airbnb should be operated; clean, simple, easy to find everything. Over the last twelve years, we have been fortunate to have stayed in many Airbnb's around the world. As a host, Carlos, his childhood friend Raphael and his employee Fernando were the absolute best hosts we have ever had. They were both proactive and responsive, but more than that, they wanted us to enjoy our stay so much that they would go out of their way to make our experience better. From sharing local knowledge about people and events (see Manuel at the fresh fish market two blocks away) to responding quickly when the power went out just as we were ready to leave for a day's adventure (there is a manual way to open the electric gate), they were incredibly thoughtful. The home and outdoor areas are beautiful, well stocked and well placed among a street full of restaurants and bars but moreover, access to beautiful beaches. San Juan airport is a 45 minute drive, with Old San Juan accessible by a nearby ferry. All in all a fantastic Airbnb experience.

Veronica was an amazing host! She was very responsive, making communication effortless, and her place had everything we needed and more. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!
