We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Fallbrook area for a wedding. The house was in a private location but still convenient. The kitchen was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the fireplace during the cooler nights. Agnes was an amazing host and made us feel right at home! If we ever find ourselves in the Fallbrook area again we will definitely be staying here again!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The house is beautiful with great views. There are many windows and glass doors to embrace the outdoors. The house is very homey and the decor is very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are very soft. We had everything we needed for the whole weekend, the house is fully stocked. The hot tub was a hit! We wish we could have stay longer.

This house hosted our family, which included a baby. It was easy to get to, get into and had what we needed. The host was very responsive, easy to get ahold of, and very involved in making our stay as great as possible! We had a longer stay and it was exactly what we needed— if you’re looking for a great space, interactive and caring host while visiting SD, this is your spot! We would easily stay here again!!

Really appreciated getting an early check in! Didn’t even have to ask! After a long day at the zoo with the family, which was less than a 20 minute drive, the hot tub was perfect. More than enough towels to go around. Thank you for hosting us!

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

This little apartment is great. It’s cute; it’s homey; it’s private; it’s great for hosting a couple friends for drinks or dinner; it’s in a great location. And if an issue arises, Robert is extremely available and responsive.

Endless Summer!! The perfect Cali beach vibe!! We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was wonderful in every way. The parking spot was so convenient, the grounds were so well kept, and the apartment was exactly as described and more. The view is amazing. We loved watching the surfers every morning from our balcony, and the sunset every night! We used the pool, the grill, and the gym. We walked to Oceanside pier in just a few minutes. The place was clean, the personal touches were awesome, and Steven was the best host from start to finish. We will go back!

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Crown Point where we were attending a weekend event! Great neighborhood for walking our dog! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and our stay was exactly what we were looking for!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Der Check-in mit der Schlüsselbox war sehr einfach und die Tatsache, das wir einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück hatten, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist vielleicht nicht ganz perfekt, aber absolut in Ordnung, was Sauberkeit und Comfort betrifft.

Great place to stay…highly recommend! Peter, the host is responsive and chill - always there to help. Great view, clean, comfortable bed, and an awesome location to everything Encinitas offers. We will be back!

Great location in La Jolla. Walking distance to everything you need. Host was very communicative when you needed help. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

We came to Roy and Stella’s place 3 years ago, since then we always wanted to come back! It’s a magical place, fantastic view, diverse weather, so close to the nature! Lots of plants, trees thoughtfully planted around the house, many hummingbirds and other birds came to the feeder, unbelievable sunset everyday, we like to take a private and quite walk after sunset then soak in the hot tub to stare at the valley or stargazing. Kitchen has everything we need, we usually eat on the deck with very colorful plates. We took the private mile long trail as well, its well maintained especially considering its a private trail with limited foot traffic. During the day i like to sit on the deck (plenty of shade) and experience the breeze from the valley. A few times fogs came all the way in, if thats the case morning is gorgeous at sunrise, the mountain will gradually shows up when fog subsides. The water fountain runs during the day, it’s so tranquil, time stops. A superb experience!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Chris was a great host, answered all questions we had. He checked in often to see how my family and I were enjoying the home. His place was amazing we loved it. The area was very quiet. It’s close to everything. Thanks Chris for making it a great experience

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

Stayed here with some friends for a local wedding. We absolutely LOVED this place. It’s even more beautiful in person. Used the sauna, pool, and hot tub everyday. It truly was a healing house! Would stay here again and again! Melinda was a wonderful host. :)

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

This home was so much nicer than I had even imagined! Elaine and Glen could not have been better hosts! So accommodating to our every need! Very easy to talk with and helpful! It's in one of the most beautiful settings where you can watch a sunset on the ocean each evening. We pretty much liked everything about this home! One of the cleanest that we have stayed at, with a well-stocked kitchen. We felt at home here. So many thoughtful conveniences! Tucked away in a quiet place, but not a far drive to a city with anything you might need with some amazing restaurants. If I could give it ten stars, I would! We are hoping to come back again. Dear Holly, We would like to thank you for the most amazing and wonderful place for us to stay as our house is being repaired. It was a delightful and great experience for us. The two full months have flown by. We highly recommend this Home from the beautiful Gardens to the great pool and the out door barbecue. Once you are indoors there is everything anyone would need to entertain with crystal , china pot, Pans and most anything you might need . The decor is eclectic and interestingly lovely. The views are fabulous from any window you look out from! Needless to say we loved it and thank you for a wonderful two months!

We had an incredible stay at the avocado farm! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It provided the perfect environment for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We loved being able to cook meals together, play games, and even enjoy movie nights in the home theater. The privacy was unbeatable—having our own space to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets was a real highlight. The location was ideal, with just a 20-minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. We also made great use of the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a fun and restful stay!
