Emily was super responsive and nice when I had to call her when we checked in. We brought motorcycles and she was able to alert the property manager so they wouldn’t get towed without the parking pass. The location was fantastic. The tide was super high but we were able to access the beach by walking past the pier bar. We were thankful they had a couple of sand chairs for us to use, since we had to pack light. The shower could use some TLC but it was clean. Overall, a great experience at a great location.

We had such a relaxing weekend getaway here! The beach access was so convenient and we really enjoyed how quiet the area was (the complex and the beach). My girlfriend is a germaphobe and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be back!🙂

Donna, one of the owners, met us and allowed us to check in early. She was super helpful, caring and accommodating. Perfect spot for a Long Beach weekend. Just love Kure Beach!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

I love coming to Carolina Beach! I used to own an Airbnb here so, I know the challenges of ownership. I stayed with Michael a few years back and experienced hands down some of the most kind and accommodating airbnb experiences that I had ever had. And, I travel 30+ weeks a year. The place is inviting and clean! It’s well stocked but not cluttered. The water pressure is great, the windows work and fresh air can flow with the ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The laundry facility is handy and there is ample garage space. Micheal is extremely responsive and I will re-book again and again! Thank you for a lovely stay. -HLS

This was an amazing place to stay. although I wasn’t feeling very well due to the weather change, I was still able to enjoy myself because of the cleanliness of their Air BNB. The views from the kitchen room were great, the walk out to the end of the dock is unforgettable, and how can you not enjoy a hot tub, especially with those dang views! Mrs Maribeth was slow to respond but her and her husband were both very nice and made sure I had what I needed. I will be visiting again and recommending to many friends and family who want to visit the area! :)

The unit was nice,everything needed was provided. We did notice something that needs addressing.When the switch for the ventilation in the first bathroom was turned on,the overhead light in the master bath switched off. Also,the outlet on the wall by the counter between the bedrooms,isn’t tight.When you plug anything into it,it’s very loose.I’m saying this,because it could become a safety hazard. Otherwise,we enjoyed our stay,and Brittany took great care of us.

We stayed with a group of friends & family with young children (1-4 years old). Amy's house was perfect for our group -- especially with the oceanfront location! We didn't realize how much more convenient an oceanfront property would be with kids since you don't have to lug anything to the beach and you can just pop back into the house 50 feet away! House was the perfect size, had all the necessary amenities (except for bath soap) and was very clean. Check-in was smooth and Amy was kind enough to text me when the house was ready early so our group could go in to put things in the refrigerator and settle in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups looking to be right on the ocean!

Our stay at The Little House was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the stunning ocean views and the calming sound of the waves just outside. Waking up to the sight of the sea each morning felt like a dream, and the serene atmosphere made for the perfect escape. The home was cozy, well-appointed, and just steps from the beach. If you're searching for a peaceful retreat with unbeatable views, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the Beach House at Topsail was nothing short of wonderful! The location is unbeatable—just a quick and easy walk to the beach, which made our daily seaside adventures incredibly convenient. The house itself exudes a rustic charm that perfectly complements the coastal vibe of the area. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. The instructions provided were clear and straightforward, making our arrival and stay seamless. Minnie, our host, was fantastic—she was attentive and ensured that everything was in place for our comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and inviting space, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

This was the perfect getaway spot! Far enough to have your own peace and quiet but just right down the road from great restaurants and bars. We had such a wonderful time and Preston was an incredible host. The views were breathtaking and the house felt like home away from home. Thank you again for letting us stay! This our second stay at Sarah’s home! We love it so much! It is a beautiful home, convenient to everything and a quick walk to the beach! The house is pristine with lots of room. We love the master bedroom with the huge shower in the master bathroom! Our older grandchildren loved the very large bunk beds! The kitchen had lots of amenities! The huge front porch is one of favorite spots to just relax and enjoy the sunshine. It also has a tv downstairs with a bar area! We will definitely be back! Sarah is very hospitable and is very flexible! You won’t regret staying at Sarah’s gorgeous home!!!!

I needed a mental reset and Joe and Michelle‘s place was perfect for it. I enjoyed my time there and whenever I plan on going back to Carolina Beach, I will be using them again!

My family has been coming to Emerald Isle for 40+ years and this was the first year I rented a place to bring more people. I could not recommend this house enough. It includes modern amenities and finishes that are hard to find in other Emerald Isle rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to host dinner which we did multiple times during the week. The back screened in patio was perfect for card games and hanging out while we waited for some rain to pass. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and each had its own in suite full bath. Getting to the beach is incredibly simple. For 5 people we loaded up the golf cart with chairs and coolers and took two bikes. 3 minute ride if that. Everything you could need for the beach is included. Finally, Monica and Michael were fantastic hosts and checked in to see if we needed anything. They even offered to reimburse us for tools to adjust one of the bikes. You can tell they love their home and enjoy sharing it. Thanks!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay… no issues whatsoever. A lot of attention given to detail. I personally loved not having a t v in the bedroom.. this was my favorite part as Mr would have the t v on non stop!

Would highly recommend! This was our first visit to Emerald Isle and the stay here made our visit worthwhile. Its walking distance to the beach so I loved that we could just walk over after breakfast! The condo was clean and all the listed amenities were available. John was also very responsive and worked with us through the whole booking process!

We love how the apt was nice and clean. Also, the view of the beach is amazing and it was wonderful the staying! I am grateful with the host for a great experience for my first time doing Airbnb and I give her thanks for helping with clear communication! Thank you!

Ryan was an incredible host. He responded quickly, had super helpful reccomdations, and the porch is to die for! I mean the view is breathtaking. The dolphins were jumping every morning at sunrise. The parking was a little tight and the stiars up to the unit were alot...but overall will totally book again!

Location is next to ocean. Super peaceful hearing the waves at night. South of Wilmington so no worries with city traffic but close enough you can explore the area. Nice sized condo for a couples getaway

Loved the location! Close to the boardwalk/beach, great places to eat and so on. Definitely will be booking again in the future!
