East River: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

We had a comfortable stay with 6 adults and 1 baby - didn't feel crowded! Beautiful space, with necessities within walking distance and attractions accessible by driving or public transit.

Entrada bem tranquila, acesso bem facil. A casa estava limpa e organizada, roupa de cama e banho otimas. localizacao muito boa bem proximo do comercio e parques, dá pra fazer tudo andando. Super recomendado. Apesar de devidamente informada atraves do descritivo, senti falta de maquina de lavar louca e roupa, devido ao longo periodo que fiquei na casa (3 semanas). o colchao é de mola e bem mole, entao pode ser um desafio para quem nao gosta de colchao mole. nao possui exaustor no fogao, entao deve ter cuidado com fritura e fumaca, pois o alarme de incendio pode disparar, neste caso deve-se manter as janelas do quarto e da sala aberta para circular o ar.

King was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end! He went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday in New York and it was a perfect trip! King Sven got my bf a birthday gift! I’ll never stay anywhere else in Newark. The place was beautiful! Looks just like the pictures! Thanks for everything I’m beyond satisfied! The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to catch a bus to Times Square and explore other attractions in the city. Sanela was an exceptional host—extremely welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great choice for travelers.

This was such a welcoming and warm room. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us making our lives so much easier. The room is easy to access and close to transit into the city. Everything is close by and the town is beautiful. We had some of the best sleep weve had in a while in the bed! That comforter is no joke! lol! Host was responsive and friendly! We will definitely be staying here on our next trip out! 1 tips is the parking spot is very narrow so if you are getting a rental keep that in mind. other than that it's a fantastic stay! Taz is great host, he kept close communication to keep our stay smooth. We had a good time, Parking on street is not a good choice but the Garage suggested by Taz was the best option, though it come with a charge but was peace of mind.

Trish is a great host. Always friendly and responsive. No issue at all. Easy check in and out. Her instructions are. clear. The location is quiet, has easy access to transportation and local communities. The neighborhood feels safe. Her unit is clean and look exactly as shown. It’s a reasonable price for the place. Recommended.

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

Absolutely gorgeous house in a cute neighborhood. We had a blast staying at Ben's house for a night. Ben is so sweet and accommodating and had all sorts of great tips for us since we only had a day to explore Manhattan. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

L'appartement est d'une qualité inégalable, grande luminosité et des espaces très volumineux. Tout est mis à disposition pour notre séjour hormis des produits ménagers ou un aspirateur, mais on trouve toujours de quoi se débrouiller. Le quartier est sympathique, en 30 minutes maximum, on est au World Trade Center, grand parc à proximité, commerces d'appoint disponibles. Je tiens à souligner la disponibilité et la rapidité à laquelle le propriétaire répond :) Merci pour ce super appartement !

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

We had an amazing week stay at Glynn’s place! We chose the location as we didn’t want to stay at busy Manhattan after long days exploring and we are so glad we chose Hoboken! The apartment is so cozy and comfortable and has everything you need for a long or short stay. The bus and train to Manhattan is so close by and Hoboken Main Street just around the corner has everything you need if you want have a local day and chill. As ladies we felt very safe staying in the apartment and also to go out and wander around on our own as well. We are already planning a trip back! Can not recommend this apartment enough!

I fell in love with this area close enough to the city but yet a peaceful community. The host provided world class customer service and ensured my stay was as simple and satisfied. I’ve never had a host call after I checked out to provide feedback or address any concerns I think this is above and beyond and anytime I’m in NJ I will stay with this company and can highly recommend them! This is a walkable community and you will feel safe. The apartment was spotless and beautiful!

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We had a great stay here. Lauren was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Place is big enough for our party of 7. It is very near the bus stop to NYC port authority. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amenities are good, the appliances are all new and good quality. The microwave was broken at that time but she provided a spare rhat we can use.

Eun Seon's place was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful - even walking us to the bus station in the mornings and giving great advice and tips for traveling across the river! We feel so lucky to have gotten to know Eun and that she shared her comfortable home with us. I highly recommend her place - especially if you're looking for something quiet but still convenient to the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Beautiful quite and spacious condo. Nice to get home to after a long hectic day in the city. Very affordable. The hostess is responsive and helpful. There is a supermarket two minutes away, and it has three restaurants on the block. The bus stop to 42nd street is a minutes walk away, and there you'll find a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. The only issue would be parking. West New York parking authority is strict and you must renew visitors parking pass every 24 hours or you'll get ticketed. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Denny has a fantastic place! The view cannot be beat, and it's very convenient to get to Manhattan. Clean facilities, clear communication, and all of the amenities you would want. You would not be disappointed by choosing this.
