Really beautiful house. Plenty of room on all 3 floors. Cool historic street/houses. Lot of shops, bars, restaurants that are walkable. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay at this Air B&B, loved the space! A perfect retreat for an adult getaway! The layout was nice for two couples with two en-suite bedrooms and off street parking. The hot tub was clean and chemically balanced. Checking in and out was very easy with no chores (a unique and appreciated feature). Adequately stocked for kitchen. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean! The host was one of the most responsive and attentive hosts we have experienced. The host also checked in to ensure the stay was going well. Provided a good balance of engagement without being overbearing. The space and host are highly recommended. Would stay again and would consider other locals with the same host if available.

Went to area for sporting event at Northwestern University. A little over 3 miles from arena. Nice area with great back yard. Would have liked to use fire pit out back but winter weather kept us inside. Also, sporting event encompassed most of the day.

Adam was very nice and responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. There were so many safety measures in place that made us all feel safe while being in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Only thing is we wish there was an extra bathroom as there was only one on the bottom floor, but it only matters depending on how many people you travel with. Overall great experience.

Nyeri’s place is really beautiful . It is well decorated and spacious. The only concern is that there was an on again off again sewage smell. Sometimes it would be there and sometimes it would go away. Nyeri was really responsive and tried to address it asap. Overall, I enjoyed the space and our stay!

The photos, as beautiful as they are, do not do this home justice. We were in town for a tennis tournament. Kymi's home was near our tournament site, and we felt safe in her location. However, it was Kymi's attention to not only the comfort of her guests, but also her desire to make the experience as easy as possible to just move in and live that put this home over the top. We have stayed in a number of homes due to our travel with tennis. Kymi's home by far had the most well-equipped and stocked kitchen we have experienced. The home is beautifully decorated, the furnishings and beds are comfortable, and every room is quite clean. Prior to arriving, I had asked Kymi if she would recommend some local restaurants. She quickly responded with a generous list. All communication was quick and clear. We will stay here again if we return to Chicago.

Very responsive hosts, friendly and flexible when we arrived early. Super cute apartment had everything we needed. A perfect landing spot when we had been out exploring all day or needed a little respite from the city activity.

Great place for a weekend stay. Place was super clean and Mark was very responsive. It’s a garden unit so at times the noise from the unit upstairs was a little loud - but overall a great location and nice amenities.

The apartment was just what we are always looking for when traveling to Chicago. Garden apartments are great for old knees, just a few stairs and you are in or out. This apartment was spotless all the furniture was comfortable with plenty of storage space for a long stay, we were there a week. The kitchen has everything except a stove, not really something I use while on vacation, there was a toaster oven that would work in a pinch. The bathroom was spotless with a great shower, and "my favorite" a heated floor. I am a barefoot person at night and the heated floor was a welcome amenity. The neighborhood is great, safe, walkable, plenty to do in area and public transportation is close, short walks to the L or bus lines. Most important, Susan was a great host. She easy to get ahold of when we had questions, she checked up to make sure everything was okay. I hope we get to stay in Susan's apartment next time we visit the area, which is often.

This place was great. The host gave clear instructions and the space was as advertised. I had no issues and hope to stay again.

The best thing about this unit is the location - with a close up view of the beach from the living room and kitchen. That did not disappoint. Our flight was delayed five times, so we arrived late. The instructions for the heating panels could be better. It was freezing when we arrived and we could not figure out how to turn on all of the heaters. We got a quick response the next day to turn up the thermostat, but we were looking for wall thermostats. We have electric panels in our home, but I haven't seen wall switches before and we did not notice the remotes on top of the units at night. We bundled up and went to bed, and were able to figure it out the next day. That would be an easy fix to explain that some more. For us, the location was perfect because it was very close to where our new grandbaby lives! But the wonderful view of the lake made it great. It would be even better in the summer.

We come to Evanston to visit our daughter at Northwestern several times during the school year. Grandparents joined us on this trip so we booked Daniela’s place, and it was perfect. Plenty of space, clean, and cute. We would definitely book again.

Great stay. Only feedback worth mentioning is to clean up all the TV remotes need to make TV work correctly. Never could get local channels

PERFECT FOR MY GRANDSON AND ME to visit family. FIVE stars to the home and hosts, No stars to the Airbnb app. This was a wonderful, clean and comfortable home. Tastefully appointed, and kitchen and bath amenities were spot on. This was a great alternative to my normal stays at the Marriott, and I hope this home is available for my future visits in Chicago and the Roscoe Village area. My only criticism is not the home nor the hosts, but the Airbnb website and mobile app. I made the reservation from my home computer, but my mobile phone only showed past reservations made by my wife. You would think the bright minded developers would provide a search function for name and confirmation number when a glitch occurs. There is no such function. Fortunately, Lara and her partner contacted me prior to my departure and provided clear instructions.
