Had a great time with family at the Air Bnb it was perfect for everything we needed an the restaurants around the property we're awesome. Beautiful home an area.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. Nice neighborhood with big driveway to park at least 4 cars. It was hard to leave the house to do outside activities. Huge enough space to host several brunches/dinners. Hot tub is encased. Hosts gave great recommendations. Will definitely stay again. We all loved the space. 20mins from downtown.

Our host was super professional and the stay was as advertised. We will happily book this place again in the future!

Loved our stay here! Even with a couple of initial hiccups, this group was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend if you need a beautiful space for a large group just outside of Denver!

My second stay here. Had a good time, Maria and the other guests were friendly and responsive. Usually pretty clean. Maria is pretty relaxed and very responsive and understanding when there is an issue. She cleans the place every week and before and after each guest checks in. I accidentally broke the bed slats and she didn't hold it against me and replaced the bed frame for me. I went to sleep to music and shows and I guess it wasn't all that loud cuz nobody complained about the noise. Which can sometimes be an issue with my night owl lifestyle. She loved me art and I felt welcome here. Great place!

This place was picture perfect in person! It was very cozy and comfortable, I can’t forget fun! My party of 14 enjoyed this beautiful home full of character. Alissa was on point with communication from the start and very quick response with any question/concerns I had. I would highly recommend this place we enjoyed the space for our group size. The beds all large and comfortable. The outside space was a great plus and the downstairs space was fun for us to hang on the large couch watching movies. It was a vibe and not far from anything we wanted to do! Thanks Alissa I plan to book again in the future!

Such a nice clean and inviting space. We really enjoyed how easy it was to access and how close it was to the park and the tram. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was simple but very well appointed, immaculate, and very quiet with a comfortable king size bed. We were walking distance from our son's house and across from Crown Hill Park, a lovely walk on sunny Denver days. My husband was able to get all the football games he wanted on the big screen TV, and there was even a large slow cooker which enabled us to take a dish to a family picnic. Maureen was a gracious and responsive host. We lacked for nothing!

An amazing place to stay. Walkable distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Also an easy uber to anywhere in downtown. The location was great, being quiet and private but yet so close to downtown. I appreciate the proactiveness of our host sending detailed written and video instructions on how to access the place and its parking. If you are looking for a place to stay in DT Denver, this is the one.

Amazing stay! Could use more tables or place in the bathroom to put toiletries, but beautiful space, cozy and amazing neighborhood location! Best check-in process also!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Loved the apartment. Very impressed with the refrigerator full of drinks and the snacks on the counter. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Not really a fan of memory foam mattress but was able to get a decent night's sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place in the middle of Berkley neighborhood. Would return for sure!

Close to many cool places. Great pool downstairs. Coffee machines in the hallways. Great place to stay overall.
