Costa Adeje: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

Just back from a very relaxing week at Maria's place. Was exactly what we wanted and expected, homely and private with a really good pool area. We made most use of the patio and garden at the rear which offered sun, shade and a great place to relax. Maria was a fabulous host and went above and beyond.

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. Just spent a fantastic 16 days at Marc's apartment. The listing is as described and more. There are plenty of things to do in the local area and Club Atlantis is right at the Centre. Can't wait to find an opening on Marc's calendar and return again. I'd recommend it to all.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war bestens! Herzlichen Dank auch für die freundliche Anpassung unserer Check-In und Check-Out-Zeiten. Dadurch konnten wir dies ideal mit unserem Hin- und Abflug abstimmen und mit der Schlüsselbox war der Checkin supereinfach. Einer der Pools war zudem beheizt, was ideal auch für unsere beiden Kinder war. Meist waren auch nur wenige Personen am Pool, sodass wir diesen besonders genießen konnten. Zu beachten ist natürlich, dass der frequentierte Flughafen in der Nähe ist. Wir haben uns aber an dem Fluglärm nicht gestört. Wir hatten sehr schönen Sonnenaufgänge und haben es sehr genossen auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken mit Blick auf das Meer.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen !! José ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, antwortet sehr schnell. Als wir den Schlüssel vergessen hatten hat er sich sehr schnell und freundlich gekümmert, vielen lieben Dank an die Mama die extra schnell mit Ersatz kam. Jose ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Bucht ist beschaulich und familiär, nettes Café gutes Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist tip top in Ordnung, gut ausgestattet, modern. Viele Handtücher, sehr gute Matratze und angenehme Bettwäsche. Die Küche hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht und einen großen Tresen um Essen vorzubereiten und an dem man auch schön sitzen kann. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist großartig und die Sonne geht hinter dem Fels unter. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und auch einen regelmäßigen Bus zum Busbahnhof Icod von wo aus man die ganze Insel erreichen und erkunden kann Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!! 👍🥰💯

Maria Angeles was a truly exceptional host. She helped us more then it s expected- especially saving us in situation when my mother's friend urgently needed a doctor and insurance assistance was unable to help us. The accommodation was absolutely perfect - the nicest accommodation we could have had in El Poríz. Perfect location, great terrace where we spend beautiful evenings - watching the ocean, the lighthouse and the stars. There is a safe entrance (ladders) to the beach directly below the house, the bottom is pleasantly sandy. You can also walk to the sandy beach under the lighthouse across the bay, where is a perfect entrance to the water and a shower. Nearby home are two food stores, a small useful bazaar, a restaurant (I especially recommend the octopus + a very unique octopus salad, my mum ribs), a small refreshment bar with tapas nearby, an absolutely amazing "cafe" on the beach with friendly staff. The accommodation has everything you need, We hope to come back definitly!

Luigi was warm and welcoming, the apartment was clean and spacious. There’s a small basket with local things to go and visit. Lovely peaceful location only 20mins from Los Cristianos. The price was the correct amount. Not too much not too little. Costa Del Silencio strip was always full of lovely bars Thank you Luigi

The place was ideal for our little family of four. Clean, practical and beautiful. We can highly recommend it!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. There is a parking area nearby where I always found a spot. The host was attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passés notre première moitié de séjour dans ce très bel appartement qui correspond en tout point à la description fournie et malheureusement nous avons changé de logement... Si c'était à refaire nous aurions aimé rester chez Dahiana ou trouver un appartement similaire dans une autre partie de l' Île.

Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!

We had a brilliant week in Los Gigantes at Carmen Rosa's apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. Everything was as described and the apartment had everything we needed including some treats on arrival which was a lovely touch. Carmen Rosa was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the beach and to the restaurants in town. We hired a car which was useful to get to the Teide national park. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to stay again if we are back in Tenerife.

Casa pulita, tenuta bene, collocata in una zona strategica e vicina a tutti i servizi. Ci si può tranquillamente muovere a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia ed il centro di las americas. Alexandra è molto gentile e disponibile, grazie per aver reso la nostra vacanza meravigliosa.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in El Medano und in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft bietet genau das, was sie verspricht. Durch den Innenhof zog regelmäßig Zigarettenrauch durch offene Fenster, sodass wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen haben. Dafür können die Vermieter natürlich nichts.

Everything was perfect. Lovely small apartment, sparkling clean. Alexandra is an amazing host. Thank you.

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

Sonia was a perfect host. Informative and quick to respond. The room was great for the short time we were there and the time of year we went, it wasn’t too hot so the fact there wasn’t AC did not matter. Abit of noise from the Irish bar in front of the apartment complex and late night noise but this was minor again for how long we were there. Many thanks to Sonia!!

When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

Es war sehr schön. Die Anlage gut gepflegt mit einen wunderschönen Pool und Ausblick unbezahlbar 🤩 Der Sohn war sehr freundlich und kam schnell wenn was nicht ging. Das Problem wurde schnell aufgehoben. Auf jeden Fall ein Geheim Tipp 😉 es lohnt sich alle mal! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Le séjour dans cet appartement était parfait ! La vue est magnifique, très beau coucher de soleil ! Il est très facile de se garer dans la rue ou dans le parking de la résidence. Le logement est à proximité d'un supermarché et également de nombreux restaurants, pharmacie etc. L'hôte a été très réactive afin de nous fournir l'emplacement exact de l'appartement. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés !
