Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

I had an outstanding experience staying at Paola’s place. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Having a garage was a significant advantage, as finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging. Paola was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. I highly recommend this place!

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

This apartment is what you need if you want to feel the classic Rome apt. No digital key so you will need the ordinary key to get in to the unit. This would not be a problem if you always go together with another guests. You have everything you need. It’s so close to the bus stops, 5 minutes to metro, and 1 minute to carrefour express which was open for 24 h. If you want to cook yourself the kitchen utensils was complete. There was a washing machine and you don’t need to worry where to hang your laundry as there will be enough space in the first bath room (we called it laundry room). Frederico was very nice and he even let me to check in early. I would really recommend this apt.

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Nous avons passé une semaine romaine délicieuse dans le bel appartement de Paola. L’accueil a été parfait, chaleureux ; les conseils avisés, l’appartement à la fois plein de charme et fonctionnel. Idéalement placé entre la Piazza Navona et le château Saint Ange, à proximité du Panthéon, c’est un lieu parfait pour qui aime marcher et découvrir Rome au détour de ses ruelles. À recommander vivement.

Nous avons passé un long week-end à Rome à 10 et cela c’est très bien passé. Le logement est conforme à la description et surtout très spacieux pour accueillir 10 personnes sans être les uns sur les autres. Le gros avantage étant que celui-ci est placé à 5 min à pied du Colisée, nous permettant d’aller à différents endroits de Rome sans souci. Je recommande. De plus, notre hôte a été très arrangeant quand à notre heure d’arrivée.

Siamo stati benissimo, la descrizione e le foto corrispondono perfettamente. A 100 mt dal lago, a 7 km da Trevignano ma allo stesso tempo un posto riservato e silenzioso dove riposarsi e partire alla volta di tutto ciò offre la zona. Sicuramente torneremo
