Excelente lugar, cuenta con una vista hermosa, y espacio suficiente para compartir momentos muy agradables. La cocina está bien equipada y todo está en perfecto estado. Su ambiente es adaptable para familias pero también amigos sin problema. Nos encantó!!!

El apto es perfecto con todo lo necesario, hasta cafetera dispensador de agua potable, aire acondicionado en hab principal Buena ubicación para salida a los charcos, siempre muy atentos Richard y Yuli con recomendaciones perfectas además el restaurante en frente y tienda abajo lo único es que como es en frente de carretera principal hay ruido, de resto perfecto

El lugar es muy muy agradable, orientado para un descanso total y desconectarse de muchas cosas, fui con mi familia y no tengo ninguna observación mala, toda la experiencia fue genial, únicamente como sugerencia NO ir en la noche, ya que solo en una parte es algo difícil subir la loma, y ojalá que no este lloviendo, pero desde el host hasta la última persona fue excelente la experiencia y atención.

Gran alojamiento y gran anfitrión, seguramente las mejores vistas y mejor habitación que se puede encontrar en toda la zona. Eso sí, está realmente lejos, solo se puede ir en coche y haciendo una cuesta muy empinada, el resto todo espectacular

We all had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. The home was spotless, in a serene location filled with beautiful flowers, plants, and greenery. Had an amazing view with the Rock of Peñol front and center. And had a butler that was there at all times to provide you with whatever you would need. Definitely recommend a stay a Samuel’s place whenever you are looking for a place in Guatapé

We loved our stay at De Verano's place. It was the perfect location for a serene vacation for our 12 member group. There was always some one who wasavailable to help us run errands. The assistants who came with the airbnb who helped with cooking and cleaning were also very helpful. They also helped us with some who took us to the town and brought us back. the property is in a pristine setting with breath taking views. We just loved it.

Yolanda was the absolute best, the place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. It’s as if she thought of everything possible that would make the stay even better. The location was perfect, so peaceful and relaxing. Yolanda was an outstanding host, always responsive and so kind. The little touches, like popcorn machine and also the kernels to make it, it was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience and would love to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5-star stay!

This is a pretty nice place. It does NOT have hot water. Not even slightly warm water. Don't plan on using that big bathtub that you see unless you want a cold plunge (without the sauna). The lack of hot water matches the amenities at the bottom of the list if you look down far enough. I guess I just assumed with that many showers and a huge tub that there would be hot water. Also, the beds are very hard. Don't plan on sleeping on your side. The owner was very nice and had quick communication. Overall, it is pretty nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you don't mind cold showers and if you prefer firm mattresses. We ended up renting a different Airbnb halfway through.

Increíble el lugar, maravilloso el paisaje y la casa espectacular. Las camas un poco duras pero no tengo palabras para describir el lugar..una MARAVILLA. muy amable Betty y Helena quién nos recibió. En las habitaciones el perfume que pusieron era muy rico pero un poco intenso, es solo un detalle... Definitivamente 100% recomendado.

Excelente lugar, superó mis expectativas. Ubicado en un buen lugar, cerca de Provenza, centro comercial Santa Fe, hay un súper cerca. La verdad todo súper!! El apartamento muy bien todo.

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

Un excelente apto coincide con la descripción, la señora Gloria es súper amable, su hija igual nos dieron indicaciones precisas para los viajes en metro y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar y darnos explicacion de todo. Me volvería a quedar sin duda alguna en este apto. Muchas gracias

The place was better than the pictures. Great location if you want something to do at all times. Security was available at all times and were very hospitable.

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location was safe and convenient to restaurants and stores. The apartment was clean and well organized. Carolina was very quick and efficient in terms of communication. I would definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.
