This place was fantastic! We stayed here with our 4 daughters. They loved feeding and talking to Hershey the donkey every day. The home was clean and SO WELL SUPPLIED! We have stayed in so many AirBnBs where we had to rewash the silverware for every meal--not here! There were cooking utensils and silverware and plates and cups and bowls galore as well as tinfoil and parchment (so helpful for leftovers and baking). The owner also quickly supplied firewood when she realized it had been overlooked. We loved sitting in the front room playing games, reading, doing puzzles and enjoying the woodstove. The home is at the end of a mountain road and we hiked on the mountain and took walks up and down the road. The only constructive criticism I would have is that the key instructions are confusing. I would just say, there is no key, just a keypad with a code to get in and out. Thank you again for lovely quiet place for us to get away and celebrate New Years!

That view sure doesn't disappoint! The location was outstanding and the condo a perfect spot for a ski vacation at Hatley Pointe. I recommend visiting the resort or at least eat at Smoke & Timber. Sabrina was super responsive to all the messages to troubleshoot issues with appliances and what not. Love how they remodeled the condo. I actually kinda wished it was on the 2nd floor as the upstairs folks were pretty noisy coming in and out. Sounded as if they walked in wearing their ski boots, but was quiet other than that. So many deer in the neighborhood wearing their cute, fuzzy winter coats but easy to get in and out from the interstate. Will definitely return for family get-togethers in the area as the Appalachian trail is one of my bucket list items. What a great area.

This place was perfect exactly as described. They gave perfect directions up the mountain. Though the road seems daunting at first once you find where you are going with the perfect instructions from the hosts it’s really not that hard if you have a car with clearance. Once you get to the top the views are unbeatable and it is so quiet and peaceful. This is a trip we are definitely doing again and for sure staying here! 10/10 stay

This house has an amazing view. My family loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset. Everything was clean and the host provided bath towel and beach towels for the hot tub. My family had a great time at this house.

Met our expectation for a large family getaway. Had 9 people comfortably in the home. All " like home"amenities. We fixed dinner first night and breakfast 2 mornings for everyone. We chilled at the place in the evenings. Enjoyed the game basement, hot tub,theater like seats to watch movies. Close enough to Gatlinburg and Sevierville without being in the mix.. host was very helpful and very responsive we would definitely stay here again!

Pam’s place was absolutely beautiful and just what we needed for our family vacation. Down to every last detail, we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso and perfectly laid out coffee bar. Pam was very helpful and responsive to our needs, not to mention very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be looking to rent from Pam again, as I know it will be a perfect place to stay. Thank you for everything again!!

The house is such a gem!! It was perfect for our family of 9 for Thanksgiving. We could have never left the house our entire trip because the main level is so cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. My son loved the little nook area with the bean bag. There is plenty of space to spread out with the 3 different living room areas. If you want a good workout - go for a walk! The house is at a higher elevation in the neighborhood, so you will have to walk down and back up. We hiked to Laurel Falls - that was another workout! Be prepared to drive a little ways to the grocery store. We brought most of our groceries but needed a few things and the next town is 25-30 minutes away. (Of course, there is always Dollar General that is closer!) Not many places to eat out. The first night we went to the Trading Post and the food was good and the people were so friendly, we stopped back in on our way out to say goodbye!

All the pictures were accurate. Everything was clean and easy to use, extra towels/robes/toiletries were really nice to have. Plenty of dishes and appliances and coffee. Had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay!!! Cabin was very clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Sonam is a great host and very responsive. We will definitely return…highly recommend!
