The house was perfect! It was very open with plenty of room! We loved the openness of the kitchen into the dining room and into the living room! That’s where we stayed the most! All the beds were so comfortable! It was wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was easy to access the city of Savannah which is full of history, design, art and highly rated restaurants. Plus it was also easy access to the beach and the oceanfront vibe. Milan was a good host, very attentive to our requests. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Good experience!

Beautiful home! Perfect for us, we had a couple different groups and the house is set up wonderfully for that. Each group had their own kitchen and master bedroom. The pool is amazing! Tons of space for the kids to play inside as well. Great location, we enjoyed riding bicycles on the nearby trails. The elevator did not work during our stay, maybe make sure it is functional before booking if you have someone with mobility issues like us. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The outdoor area is honestly so impressive.

My husband, two girls and I stayed here for my college daughter’s spring break while we visited Savannah. The location was very convenient. It is close to Tybee Island and downtown Savannah. Michael and Pia provided extra amenities that were such a nice touch. There is a full kitchen with everything you can need, the bathrooms had conditioner, shampoo, and body wash along with lots of other supplies around the house. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and the pool was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend staying here if you are going to Savannah.

The place was even better than the pictures, super cozy and roomy. Honestly the best place we have ever stayed in and the most accommodative host as well. Shame I can only give 5 stars and not 6. Loved the retro look, backyard and pool were amazing, and was sad to leave.

My wife and I planned a surprise birthday trip for our daughter. We truly enjoyed the home. It was accommodating and cozy. The home was near various dining and shopping locations. The only thing that could have been better was the weather (out of EVERYONE'S control). My wife and I are looking forward to staying there again this summer. Thank you, RJ and Melissa. Lucy & Kayla aka Luka’s place was a great spot! The bnb was even nicer than it looked in the listing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We did have a water issue during our stay but they were so great at communicating and making plans to rectify the issue. Appreciated the complimentary treats and water. If we’re ever in the area, we would stay again.

This home is spacious and well maintained. The open floorplan and ample living space allowed our family of 5 adults to each do their thing while having family time. The indoor pool was an added bonus and the location is perfect for accessing local shops, restaurants, beaches, and landmarks. Plenty of bike trails, golf courses, and tennis courts. It made for an ideal winter getaway!

Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. We really appreciated the location and decor of the condo. We do visit Tybee Island and Savannah quite frequently. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks for a great weekend Lisa

We had a great stay on Tybee at Michael’s place! The location was great and we loved having easy pool and beach access. Also loved that the restaurant on site had a bar counter inside the pool area so you didn’t have to leave to get food or drinks! The condo was bigger than I imagined from pictures and had all amenities as listed. The little porch was great for morning coffee or evening drinks. We’d definitely recommend Michael’s place if you’re looking for a condo on Tybee!
