Wonderful location inside Blu Zen. Views of the ocean, close to the bar and all restaurants, next to the pool. Mel was very communicative after booking. Couple hiccups with staff, but nothing to do with Mel. Most staff interaction was great though. I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Blu Zen if heading to Belize.

We had booked different accommodations elsewhere for later in the week, on the recommendation of a friend. We found Francis’s place last minute, and booked it for our first two nights on Caye Caulker. Francis picked us up at the ferry. The house was a bit further from the main part of town. This actually turned out to be no problem at all (in fact, preferable), due to the use of bicycles available to us. Everything is a very quick bike ride or walk away. The house was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and well stocked. The surrounding grounds are immaculate. You can tell he takes much pride in his properties. Super comfy bed, cold ac, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with cold local beer upon arrival. In hindsight, we would’ve preferred to stay here, over switching properties later in the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of Francis’s properties. 10/10 😊

Very beautiful house with the comforts of home. Was greeted by the host and they responded quickly when I had questions during our stay. Helped arrange a wonderful snorkel tour and we really enjoyed breakfast! The house was comfortable, clean, and had a wonderful deck and access to a small pool. We would definitely stay again!

Costa Nube was such a relaxing and welcoming home! The room was so clean and cozy, the balconies are great to stargaze and watch the sunrise and set! There are hammocks and hangout areas as well! There are free bikes to use, along with paddle boards and snorkel gear. It is a nice private quiet area, the 10 minute bike ride into town every day was so nice! Aldo was so generous and picked me up and dropped me off at the ferry with my luggage! Would highly recommend their place. I had a lovely stay!

All the usual comments, like the place was exactly as in the photo etc. But more than that - we had a good time, hot water in the shower, enough filtered water to drink. We liked the surroundings and it is a tranquil place, at a good price, friendly and flexible host and walkable. Will definitely stay again in Lucrecias' place when returning to Caye Caulker

Very Nice room! Didn’t have any problems and its got everything you need! Its spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It is a bit of a walk to all the restaurants but not inconvenient at all. Would stay here again!

Hands down the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Terri was very responsive and the staff at Blue Zen are incredible. The property was very private with super easy access to the South part of the island via the private ferry. The food at the on site restaurants was great. Literally, the best week we’ve had at an Airbnb. We will be back…soon. Thank you, Terri!

Charlene and all the staff at Blu Zen were simply superb. Responses to our queries were extremely fast and thorough. Customer service was above reproach. The courtesy boat shuttle to South Caye Caulker was fantastic and always on time and the food service and choices were quite good. Services provided by Tiffany at the spa was outstanding. One of the top vacation spots visited in years.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Meaghen Del Mar house for the month of January 2025. The home was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave (though no dishwasher). We were especially impressed with how well-maintained the house was, including the complete window screens—which turned out to be a great feature! Mosquitoes weren’t an issue as long as we kept the doors closed. The outdoor spaces were a highlight for us. We loved relaxing on the covered porch, unwinding in the hammock, and enjoying the views from the loft overlook. It was a delightful place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Great place to stay - walkable to everywhere on the island. Host was very communicative.

It was exactly what we wanted - six friends with a separate bedroom for each of us, away from the tourists and activity on the south side. Nice kitchen and common area, and the place has its own pier so you can get picked up by water taxi basically by just walking out the door. Was a little touch and go getting connected with the on-site crew, but once we did everything went smoothly. They did fine with check in and check out.

Super süße Hütte. Alles super sauber und es war wirklich alles da was man gebraucht hat. Gegenüber ist direkt ein Einkaufsladen. Man läuft aber tatsächlich ca. 20 min in die „Innenstadt“. Notfalls kann man auch mit dem Taxi fahren. Es war alles super! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

This is a fantastic place to stay for a few reasons - the main being the location. Best spot on the island is near the Split, and Hilda's place is one block from it. However, because it's removed from the main street, it's quiet and has a nice view. The price is reasonable for the amenities offered, the best being the A/C unit. We stayed for 9 days and found the space to be comfortable during that time. This is a smaller space and not well suited for remote work, but if you are coming for just a vacation we highly recommend it. When we return to Caye Caulker, we hope to stay here!

was looking for a place for my friend and I to stay as we traveled. We wanted to be outside the noise of dt caulker, and it was about a 15/20 min walk from our diving company (which we expected). The only con was the roads were quite flooded around the house, but it had been crazy raining up til then and Watson had messaged us early to warn us and suggest a golf cart. The place itself isn't fancy, but EXCELLENT value for the price, had everything we needed, super easy to locate. Watson was a fantastic host, could not have asked for better communication.

We loved our stay at Bonita‘s. We had everything we needed and a little bit more. It was a wonderful get away. Quiet and the pool was very welcoming.

We loved Amanda's place and would recommend it. Amanda is also quick in communication.

Loved this condo at Popeyes resort! It is a great location on Caye Caulker with a pool & restaurant/ bar on site (Salty's). We loved that it was on the side of the complex instead of right in front of Saltys. It was much more peaceful & quiet when there was live music/partying at the restaurant/bar. Very close to both water taxis, easy to find & walk to. We walked to everything on Caye Caulker but you can rent bikes or golf carts. Dish soap, bar soap, towels are provided & the air conditioning was very nice! There is hot water for showering & water can be purchased at the office. Popeyes employees are great & the place feels really safe. We walked the main streets at night & also felt very safe. Fridge, hot plate, microwave & dishes are provided. Spotty wifi for TV but we got it to work a couple times . There are many tour companies all around Caye Caulker & can be booked in person when on the island. We stayed a week & could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Mercedes is a great host! So quick to respond to all my questions. Loved the rooftop! I will say as a physical therapist - that if you have any Orthopedic knee or hip concerns - you may find the ladder/steps a challenge. But the view! Such a wonderful place for morning coffee and quiet time with the Lord!

We enjoyed our week stay at Vincent's two bedroom condo. Condo was in a perfect location to easily reach all the sights Caye Caulker has to offer. Sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop were stunning! Vincent was very responsive to all my questions and provided us with local recommendations. Getting back and forth across the split was easy with the Split to Split ferry. We bought a punch card since we were staying week which made the ferry even easier since we didn't have to deal with cash each time. Highly recommend Vincent's condos!

Kirk as very helpful leading up to our stay with notes and messages. The condo was exactly as described in the photos. The floors were spotless, super clean throughout the unit. I loved the personal touch of artwork photos from the area. It was spacious for two, would recommend it for a trip to Caye Caulker :)

I rated all a 5-star as very accurate but ironically, the potential fail was that they did not state enough in the AirBNB description as to all the awesome features that were included! The 'beach' (more of a great sitting area to wade in and cool off) was raked every day that were were there for the chair areas (there was debris tangled into the roots and sides) so very safe for our 3 year old to run around barefoot). The roof top hot tub was stated BUT the highlight due to viewing sunrise and sunsets! Look for huge star fishes in the tide pools! Just don't take them! The staff was always cleaning up the pool area and we did get a change over of towels and sheets mid-week. Fresh water always had a spare bottle as we did drink a lot of water and made a lot of ice with it! Beds were comfy and as ocean front, we turned off the AC a lot and just let the sea air in. May not be an option all year but I think we saw one fly make it in. Make sure they have Gustavo be your taxi guy! Reliable!

Really nice place with a beautiful view. Near lots of great restaurants and very walkable
