Catânia: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

Sehr sauberes Unterkunft mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Besitzer, der uns auch empfangen und eingewiesen hat, ist sehr nett. Einen Benny haben wir jedoch nicht gesehen, der scheint nur als Vermittler zu fungieren. Insgesamt alles positiv.

Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind war der Check In völlig problemlos - ebenso wie der Check out. Giovanni war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet und immer eine gute Lösung gefunden, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick auf der wir unser Frühstück genießen konnten. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war tadellos, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße- man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Giovanni und seine Frau Francesca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen

We had a great stay here, we chilled out utilising the lovely large balcony and successfully explored Sorrento and Pompeii from here. The apartment is right on a beach but is about a 20 minute steep walk into the town, this wasn't an issue for us and the main restaurants, train station and everything you need is at the top of the path. Our stay was made 5 stars by the help we received from Alfonso and the property owner. We stayed here for five days as part of a 3 month trip around Europe and Italy, and while here our brake pads warning light came on our van. We had tried phoning numerous places and were struggling with the translation until I asked Alfonso for help, who went on to ask the property owner for a recommendation. She not only recommended a local garage but let us follow her there and gave us a lift back up to collect the van when it was done. This was so kind and stopped a lot of van stress for us!

Domenica und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben. Alles war super sauber und die Aussicht von der großen Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Es ist alles da was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren im Oktober dort und haben immer einen Parkplatz nur wenige Schritte entfernt gefunden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral… Man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von zwei Minuten mitten im Geschehen mit vielen Restaurants. Gleichzeitig ist es im Apartment trotzdem sehr ruhig. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung von Paul uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

We loved it, great location, lovely apartment, helpful and communicative hosts. Giuseppe was there to greet us and show us around and helpfully sent info about restaurants etc. Francesco so kindly came into Monopoli especially one evening to rescue us when we had locked ourselves out of the apartment, for which we were incredibly grateful. He arrived with a smile and not a word of complaint....customer service at its very best! Thank you.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Sabrina greeted us and she was really kind and sweet. She was always one text message away and we always felt at home. The place is near to the metro and tons of restaurants, which Sabrina also recommended to us. I will definitely be back :) Thank you for hosting us.

Alles in allem war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft. Robin war nett und es hat alles gepasst. Wir würden wieder kommen 😊

Gabriella was a wonderful host. She was very patient as we struggled to get to her place due to an unfortunate taxi strike on the day we arrived. Right out of the gate we were thrown into the brand new experience of navigating the Metro in a foreign country. Yikes! once we finally arrived she gave us a run down of the place and it's surrounding area. A quaint little spot within walking distance of Via Toledo where all the action is. We absolutely would return.

Piermario is a great host. He is friendly, proactive, responds to minor issues immediately and has a great spot. The main commercial and retail area is 10 minutes walking distance, 10 minute walk to the airport shuttle bus, 25 minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the historic part of Bari and the waterfront. The immediate street is a bit rough around the edges but we weren't concerned about our safety. Our host left us numerous recommendations, tips, directions, etc. Large grocery store 2 blocks away. Piermario left a large quantity of staples for us, far more than most Airbnbs. Great spot for a few days in Bari or an extended stay that includes numerous day trips to Monopoli, Brindisi, Alberobello and other cities. We highly recommend. Grazie Piermario!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento! È davvero bellissimo, spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. Lo abbiamo trovato in condizioni perfette e incredibilmente pulito, il che ha reso il nostro arrivo ancora più piacevole. Un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato è stata la presenza di snack e bottigliette d’acqua nel frigorifero, un’attenzione che ci ha fatto sentire accolti sin dal primo momento. Inoltre, l’appartamento è completamente fornito: asciugamani, carta igienica, sapone e molto altro erano tutti a disposizione, non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luigi, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a fornire aiuto o consigli. Consiglierei al 100% questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente! 🥰

L'appartement d'Antonio est grand, agréable et lumineux. Situé à proximité immédiate des lieux incontournables du centre historique sur une adorable place en face du très beau cloitre de Santa Maria la Nova. Antonio est un hôte aux petits soins dont nous avons apprécié l'hospitalité, le sens de l'accueil. Ses conseils, nombreux et de qualité ont aidé à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous le remercions et comptons bien revenir !

Maurizio's apartment in Minori is the perfect base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. We parked our car when we arrived and did not need it again. easy walk to the shops, restaurants and ferries to take you wherever you want to go. The only bad thing is that we can't stay forever! Grazie mille Maurizio!

Daniela è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, è in una zona molto tranquilla, è arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno confortevole.

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

The best airbnb host ever. She went above and beyond, from greeting us upon arrival, giving local recommendations, and even bringing us pastries on the day of our departure- she was just lovely and helpful the entire stay. The apartment was spotless and well stocked. The balcony was absolutely beautiful. It was an easy walk to the main streets of Sorrento. But again, Maria is what really made the stay special. I’d 100 percent stay here again.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Fantastic spot, incredible view over the north side of the coast line. The apartment itself is wonderful and accommodating, and the balcony cannot be beat. Silvia was a wonderful and accommodating host. The location: This apartment is on the north side of the ridge that Taormina sits on. The good part is that this means you can drive right up to the apartment complex and park your car for free in the garage. That's very valuable in Taormina since there's no car access in the city. The downside is that there's 8 half-staircases and a large hill going up into the main town. My 75 year old mother managed it, but it's a little bit of a hike. Still, it's a worthwhile tradeoff for such a wondeful, private spot with an incredible view, free parking, plenty of space, and easy access to the city. You may also be able to find a ride up to the top of the hill but we just walked. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you Silvia!

Virginia is very considerate and sweet, she made us feel like home, provided all the things needed for a comfortable stay. She prepared us sweets and a cake for New Year! She is very responsive and attentive on our questions and tried to help us arrange things to do, provided good local information and suggestions. We definitely want to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Berta was very helpful throughout. The location is excellent, easy to walk into sorrento.

Nette Gastgeberin Schönes Haus Nette Gegend

Guilia's place is spectacular! It's better than the photos with gorgeous views of the sea, mountains, city and even Calabria in the distance. The grounds are immaculate with a huge private terrace for meals and drinks and a massive pool that feels like your own private resort. Giulia's family lives in the other units and were always friendly and helpful but not intrusive in the least. Even Papaya the dog knew when to leave us to ourselves lol! The interior is pristine and spacious. As many have pointed out the town center is about a 10-15 minute walk away. So you are very close to all the restaurants and shops but away from the tourist hordes. Taormina is hilly but most of the walk is relatively flat. Traffic is not a worry, we did not encounter much of it on our walks. Also, Italian drivers, although speedy, are careful and well aware of pedestrians. Giulia is a fantastic host, always quick to provide recommendations and respond to our questions. Wish we could have stayed forever!
