This place is amazing. Well worth every penny. Beautiful views and a great neighbourhood - you could literally hear a pin drop at night….it was so quiet. Close to town but far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. The home has all the amenities you need, and more importantly, a spacious and comfy bed. Thank you for hosting us, Sean!

A great little place to stay in while at Bruny. Comfy, clean, great location just a few meters away from the beach. Jo surprised us with a simple breakfast in the morning (yoghurt with cherries and cereal, a big piece of bread with butter, jams and Vegemite). Really glad we picked 43 Degrees.

This is a great terraced cottage .Really well furnished and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine.Very clean and tidy. They need to provide some more pegs for the outside line .The back door out to the garden needs to be fixed and made more secure.And the garden needs some serious work . I would not hesitate to recommend this charming home away from home

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in - it was simply stunning. The view was gorgeous, the Airbnb was very well equipped, it was peaceful and private and exactly what we hoped for. We wish we had stayed longer, it was simply amazing. The beach is 10 seconds walk, lots of fossiles and even spotted a seal. The fireplace in the evenings was cosy. Lots of games and books to keep you occupied. Hot tub was great and Luke was super helpful. Louella was super responsive and helpful in advance and whilst we were there. Thanks so much, we loved it!!!!! Highly recommended

Our group of four middle aged ladies who've known each other for 40+ years loved Tom and Cate's place. We were so comfortable and felt at home. The property was spotless, had everything we needed including some welcome goodies stashed in the fridge that we weren't expecting. Their communication was terrific and friendly and their recommendations were well received. We only wished we could have stayed for longer and we would happily return.

Where do I start! The views are breathtaking both day and night. There is a pool table & ping pong table for entertainment in inclement weather. Tennis court and exclusive use of the spa were an added bonus. It was blissfully dark and quiet to sleep as well. Plenty of parking also. Couldn’t fault the place.

Lovely, unique and cosy place with everything we needed. The gardens were absolutely beautiful. It was nice meeting the actual gardener, who gave us some great local tips! This will be a place we remember.

Great place to stay,very homely,spacious,clean and comfortable.Peaceful and quiet area,but not too far from local amenities.Great choice of restaurants,cafes and bars within 5 /10mins . Love that the house is dog friendly,enclosed rear garden,nice and safe for four legged friends.

Extremely spacious and comfortable Airbnb! Short 10-15 min drive to Hobart for all the tourist activities. Ros was incredibly helpful and provided easy instructions for our late night check in and even left the light on for our arrival. He was able to help coordinate a neighbor borrowing me a needle/thread to repair my 9 month old son’s hat which helped alleviate the stress of trying to look for some while on holiday. We enjoyed relaxing at the home and were pleased with all the provided necessities for a great stay! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Mandala. The house is really well equipped and has plenty of everything you could need - loads of towels, all the crockery, and the beds were really comfortable. The younger adults loved the games room and we all loved seeing the wallabies in the garden. A visit to the nearby Fridge Bakery is also a must! Thanks

This is the second time we have stayed here with our two dogs and I honestly love this place and the surrounds so much! The house itself is clean and tidy while making you feel at home. The fenced in yard makes it secure for our dogs and heaps of space to run them out or go for a nice walking trek. The surrounding itself is so peaceful I just wish we had more time to stay here and unwind. 100% would recommend anyone to stay and we will definitely be staying again! My husband, teenage daughter and my Mum had a lovely 5 nights at Stuart’s place. We also had our golden retriever with us. We loved the quirky historic feel of the home, modern bathrooms, plenty of space including the extra living area downstairs and unbeatable location in a nice neighbourhood but only a few blocks up from the CBD shops. It’s also only 15 min walk to Salamanca. The kitchen was very well stocked with pantry items. Would have liked to have more glasses for drinking water, as only 4 provided. Nice little patio overlooking a raised lawn and garden. Parking in the driveway for 2 cars. It was quiet considering the central location. Comfortable beds and cosy at night. Would definitely stay again.,

Liz's place is even better than the photos! From the moment we walked through the front gate we loved it. The location is superb- the cottage looks out over the gently sloping garden, down to the water's edge. The gardens are the perfect mix of Tasmanian coastal plants, room for dogs to be happy. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine and view. Indoors- the styling is wonderful: very thoughtful and perfectly comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Liz was fast at communicating with us.

Fantastic place to stay. Easy access for elderly mother. Plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms seperated nicely. Great for family to come over and also bring their dog as he was allowed. Close to a couple of great cafes and easy walk to beach. Have found a gem.

We regularly stay at Honni's place as it is just beautiful. Honni is an outstanding host. Highly recommend!

Fabulous arrangement with the two spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you required and the groceries and treats were a pleasant surprise. Merrydith was extremely helpful with suggesting areas to visit. The deck area is a peaceful warm area to relax with a book. I would definitely recommend and return if I visit Hobart again. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

Our stay at Jodi and Lindsay's place was fantastic! Jodi was very accommodating and provided great local tips.They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect.The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. We’d love to stay here again!

Jodi and Lindsay were great to deal with and very accommodative. Their place was very clean and easy to access. It is located in a very nice spot with easy access to the city and other attractions. I would highly recommend their units.

Wonderful house, wonderful location. Our party of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bellhaven. Very convenient to all amenities and it's a short ferry ride to Hobart and the Salamanca Markets. The meals at the pub were great and it's only a short walk away. Breakfast at Cocomo and Co was also fabulous. The availability of a vehicle to do some exploring was an added bonus. Thank you Phil and Margaret for all your local knowledge. We hope to be back!
