Our stay was idyllic! the house is perfect, modern and homely feel. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. The views are stunning. The house is right on the beach so a great location. Local amenities was great, 2 minute walk to the local convenience and restaurants. We will definately rebook, thats a 1st for us, definately recommend this stay.

Can only say, "We will be coming here again". Lovely place, great unobtrusive hosts, all perfect.

Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Birdham. The Air B&B was fantastic and spotless throughout. The house was extremely well equipped and exceeded everyone’s expectations. The garden was a beautiful sun trap with great addition of BBQ and outdoor furniture! We would totally recommend staying at this property, so much so we look to return next year! My only criticism was the early check out at 10am, but the hosts were extremely flexible in allowing us to check in early. Thank you kindly!

We had a wonderful time at The Salt Shack - one of our group is a wheelchair user and we really appreciated how accessible the property was. Karen was also a very thoughtful and generous host, we would love to stay again.

It was a real pleausre to stay, for the second time, at Emily's house in Bembridge - which served as a great launchpad for a half-term jaunt in the Isle of Wight. I'm looking forward to our return visit!

My friends and I have just had the best weekend here! Great location very peaceful and beautiful , great value for money. The place was brand new modern and spotless. Chelsea was a great host , very friendly and welcoming . Would definitely recommend to stay here.The hotub was amazing!! Are favourite bit! Had a lovely stay in Arundel. This apartment was in easy walking distance of the train station and the town was very close too with lots of nice walks and cafes/restaurants. The apartment was a decent size, the bed comfy and it was nice to have access to the outdoor patio and garden. Joanne was very friendly and helpful. While I was visiting the wi-fi was not the best but I was able to work for most of the time that I needed to. Would recommend!

We've just got back from staying at Stuart's place and have had the most fantastic time. The apartment is wonderfully located right on the beach so we were able to enjoy views of the sea, sunsets and walks along the shore right from the front door or could just relax on the decking area. It's an easy walk into East Wittering and Stuart helpfully provided some recommendations of local places to eat & drink. There's also a sauna on the beach just a few minutes walk away which we tried out, cooling off in the sea in between. The apartment is beautifully furnished, neat and clean with super comfy beds and seating areas and a well provided kitchen. We were made to feel very much at home and had a completely relaxing time. Communication with Stuart was great from booking to departure and we knew he would be available if we needed to ask any questions so it was all very easy. I think this will become one of our favourite places to visit and we very much hope to return soon!

This is a gem of a place to stay. This is one of the best b&b's we've stayed in. The view from the apartment is wonderful overlooking the estuary. It has plenty of space for two people and was so clean. Sue and John are wonderful hosts, very friendly, and the communication was excellent. The scones and cream we received on arrival was a lovely touch as was the bottle of prosecco. We would definitely come back here again

Peaceful and private, the location and tranquility really is fantastic. Could stand out on the decking and enjoy the river, surroundings and wildlife all day. The hut itself is surprisingly well equipped and with all the conveniences needed. The nearby village an easy commute with great pubs and walks. Fantastic time for me, my wife and dog. Who also drove the couple of minutes to Wickham estate for a friend’s wedding.

My band stayed here after our London and Brighton shows, Cadwein was very flexible with our very late arrival and was super friendly when we met the following morning. The cabin is wonderful and super homely, was the perfect place for us and we will 100% be staying again when we're in the area!

We loved staying in the beautiful Hideaway. So comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Sarah has great taste. Enjoyed the Trooper Inn! Interesting walking and driving through the area, loved the many beautiful little villages and lanes. A wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time at Hillside oasis. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed. Hot-tub was briliant. Couldn't ask for any better. Jo was an amazing host

I loved this little place- the indoor/outdoor living is very refreshing and the view is endlessly beautiful from the cabin. Everything is really well though through from very well prepped fire lighting material to storage and so on. Hosts kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

Cannot recommend this cabin more! Had such a peaceful evening here. Also would highly recommend a trip to Bolney winery and the Cider Tap - both absolutely gorgeous and so close to the cabin. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Nick!

Amazing airbnb: beautiful setting, wonderfully designed cabin, so comfortable and clean. Very responsive and kind owners. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful country escape!
