Little Haven is ideally situated, and getting to the beaches or to Hamilton was a breeze. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive as questions cropped up. The house was stylish and well appointed. I would totally recommend this property to others visiting lovely Bermuda.

Sunrise Cottage was a wonderful base for a holiday for our family party of 5 from 3 generations. The accommodation was exactly as described. It was spacious with high quality fittings, well equipped and spotlessly clean. John was an excellent host who was kind, friendly and responsive. He provided a wealth of useful information on everything we might need to make the most of our stay on Bermuda. In addition to organising transport to and from the airport he also provided welcome jugs of Swizzle which were the best we tasted during our 10 day stay. Thank you John.

We stayed a full week for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described and shown. Very nice, quiet and peaceful location. House was clean and well maintained. The pool was also private, clean and easily accessible. The location was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. We rented scooters for our transportation and were on the go most of the week. However, if you are not into renting mopeds the house is very close to the local grocery store, rail trail and bus and taxi stop for easy transportation purposes. All withing a 2-5 minute walk. Leila was easily contacted, very friendly and helpful. She is a great host and we would definately recommend this place for your stay. We will definately keep this place on our favorite places list and look forward to coming back again!

We loved this house, clean and spacious with an amazing view of the ocean from the second floor. The best part was the short walk to beautiful beaches and the bus stops - so easy to get around and explore. We will definitely be going back!

This listing was spotless and the concierge service was very hospitable. And the view was beautiful! The neighbors and family were friendly! We will stay here again.

Have stayed at this lovely place for several years now our our annual vacation to Bermuda. Cornell is always super responsive and helpful as an amazing host, and the place is beautiful as advertised.

Very basic but clean. A hair dryer would have been a nice feature. Excellent value for the money. Ability to easily charge the electric car was a bonus. The air conditioners kept the house comfortably cool. Khalid was very helpful and always quick to respond. We had a very pleasant 12 day stay.

We sailed a boat to Bermuda and three couples in the crew stayed at John’s house. It was absolutely fantastic and we will always look here first when we come to Bermuda. John is a great host, the house and location are fantastic, and we were able to decompress and recharge after a fun hut challenging passage. Highly recommend (except when we want it)!

Lana’s place is very clean, large and comfortable. The location is close to the bus, ferry and grocery store. One cannot rent a car ( except for the tiny electric cars there), so this location was good for all those reasons. There was a huge shared kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans. We had an extended stay so we’re happy to have had the opportunity to cook some meals at home. Lana was attentive and solved any small problem we had within 24 hours or less. Bermuda is a unique beautiful place to visit and explore. There are pink sand beaches with turquoise water, lots of history, and plenty of good restaurants.

Wonderful place and location. A very charming, and comfortable, cottage, right on the water and within walking distance to many beaches, coves, and caves. Kitchen was well stocked, as was the games cupboard; informative books, comfy beds, plenty of towels. The icing on the cake is Elizabeth herself - a thoughtful, generous host who goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need to truly enjoy your vacation. A very special AirBnB.

This AirBnB was a slice of Bermuda paradise in Sandys Parish. The house is perched on a small outcropping that offers water access to the east (sunrise) and the west (sunset). The covered porch and swimming acesss on both sides were the best features of this lovely private home. We truly felt relaxed upon arrival and purposely spent time in and around the home because of the setting and accommodations. Sandys Parish is the western end of Bermuda. As such - it really helps to know the local spots so that you aren’t traveling all over the island for the touristy ones. In particular, the hosts recommendations for Woodys, Long Bay Beach, the next door ferry and use of marketplace/takeout made our time as a family of 4 more memorable. We did go further afoot on a few of the days - and Arthur (recommended taxi) is a gem and Bemudaful ambasssdor. Finally - the hosts Mark and Kate are outstanding. We came just days after Hurricane Ernesto and they made the trip perfect despite that.

Hello! This location was lovely and cozy for our family of four. If my husband and I visit without the children, we would consider rebooking this place. However, we enjoyed breakfast on the patio, looking at the ocean every morning, and being close to the beach.

Déborah nous a réservé un bel accueil chaleureux. Elle s’est montrée disponible et vit dans une partie annexée à la propriété. Le logement est bien situé sur le bord de l’eau et près de la Horseshoe Bay. Je recommande d’y aller en été pour profiter de l’extérieur et de l’emplacement plus « campagnard ». Vous serez à 30 min de la capitale Hamilton et près du golf Port Royal. Le lit est très confortable, la salle de bain et la cuisine fonctionnels et l’insonorisation impeccable. La propreté était convenable. Logement modeste dans l’ensemble, qui gagnerait à être un peu rafraîchi mais qui ne manque pas d’être décent. Merci pour le séjour!

John displays genuine kindness and willingness to go out of his way which made our stay INCREDIBLE. Pictures, location, weather speak for themselves. What can't be captured in pictures is the warm feeling of hospitality like none other. Started each morning with great coffee on terrace overlooking the pool in the company of John's beloved Bo & Lantana. Like John, the pets were nearby anytime required. John's warm smile and easy laugh made for wonderful conversations. His rum sizzle was MOST inviting after the travel in and set the tone for memory making moments. Rain made our trip more adventurous and encouraged more laughter. Heaven is where you make it but some places (Ledgelets) AND the folks (John&Co.) make it pure JOY. My FIEND Lucky Jerry (private joke) and Bright side Bernie were at our happiest!!!

Beautiful house, very comfortable beds, great towels, decently stocked kitchen, excellent coffee maker, lots of little extras. We appreciated the excellent WiFi throughout the home. We were grateful for the beach equipment and borrowed snorkels and masks. No time to try the kayaks but loved that they were offered. Swimming right off the house was lovely. Sunrise was gorgeous each morning. Colin was a great host — he checked in during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is a bright, cheerful, and spacious unit with a beautiful view. Four of us stayed comfortably for ten days. Cornell was an exceptional host and went out of his way to accommodate us when we had a family issue arise. His son, Cameron, was also warm and helpful. While it is a little bit of a run into Hamilton or the beaches further down the south shore, we enjoyed eating at the Village pantry close by in Flatts Village and being able to easily hop over to John Smith’s Bay, as well as swimming off the dock a few times. The unit below was only occupied for part of our time, but we generally felt quite private. Very satisfied with our stay here.

Stephen & Faith were responsive hosts and their cottage was just what I was looking for. It is very spacious, extremely neat and clean and has some very nice outdoor spaces. Whenever I had a question, Stephen responded right away. The kitchen is very well equipped and the laundry too. All appliances worked very well and everything I needed to cook was supplied. Bermuda restaurants and prepared foods and groceries are very expensive so if you have a long stay, this is a big plus. I stayed in the neighborhood because my daughter lives nearby. It is near a bus stop and I recommend taking the bus into town. Cabs and Hitch- which is like Uber, are very expensive. Walking is a challenge in Bermuda and I found walking down to the few restaurants nearby a challenge as well as there are few sidewalks and lots of traffic. I was prepared for that but if visiting for the first time you might want some type of transport: motorbike or Twizzy. I loved this cottage and would stay here again!
