The house is a great stay and the host is fantastic! Kristen is very responsive, helpful, and even offered to extend our stay at a reduced rate. The house is right on the water with an amazing dock. The community is gated and has great amenities--we enjoyed the playground and the hiking trails. Definitely beats any hotel in the area!

Our family of four absolutely LOVED this lake house!!! The MULTIPLE outdoor lounging areas were delightful! We enjoyed dinner in the screened in patio, many many many dips in the hot tub, reading on the swing, sunbathing on the lawn, s'mores on the dock, and water adventures every day! The beds were all extremely comfortable and the rooms were incredibly dark with the blinds drawn. Our teenagers loved that and slept in every day. We also appreciated having plenty of TP, paper towels, and laundry detergent for our stay! Our family suggests: - eating at the DIVE bar and grille - playing "count the deer" if driving at dusk 🤣 {our high score was 29} - s'mores on the dock at night! Thanks for the great stay Brian {and Dena}! If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely re-book! PRO TIP: If you forget something, drive in to town to get it instead of using Amazon. They don't deliver to the property and it becomes a whole ordeal. 🫠 Save yourself the hassle.

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here. It’s way bigger than the photos- when we first got there we couldn’t believe how much space we had in the house. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us get in on short notice. The house was kid friendly, they had some books and toys, and even had a porta crib for our toddler and bassinet for our 5 month old to sleep in. The house has a modern cottage feel that’s so much cuter in person. We were surprised by the high end appliances they let us use- many of which were non toxic and clean ingredients something important to me. They even had an air doctor running in the home. The area is absolutely beautiful and is in a safe, wealthy neighborhood. All the neighbors waved and were friendly on our evening walks. The beds were very comfortable and high quality sheets. We Loved this house!!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Kyle and Ashley’s beautiful lake house. The location was peaceful and private and their home was amazing. Our hosts were responded quickly to any questions and proactively let us know of a potential concern before our arrival. We hope to return to the lake house soon! It was great!

The Estes home was immaculate and was everything they said it was. We celebrated Thanksgiving with family and couldn’t have had a better stay. Scott was super helpful and very accommodating. 5 stars across the board.

Amazing place! Very clean, with brand-new supplies—you don’t have to worry about a thing. Plenty of towels, all the TVs work perfectly, and the kitchen is an absolute pleasure to cook in. The host is extremely responsive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Walking distance to The Battery, minutes by driving to everywhere else inside the perimeter and quiet, peaceful & tastefully appointed. The hosts are communicative, everything is exactly as described and made for a blissful weekend. You really can't do better.

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

We stayed at the Cottage for a wedding event nearby. We loved the coziness of the Cottage and the view of the woods with the beautiful fall leaves was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

We loved this place! It is such a beautiful and peaceful location. Everything was perfect! The cottage is great and the property is amazing! My husband loved the fishing and I enjoyed reading on the dock. Hope to be back soon!

A wonderful private getaway tucked away in the mountains right on the lake. Everything you see on the images pretty accurately reflects what you're going to be seeing and expecting at the Luxurious Lake Arrowhead cabin. The drive was a unique one, being an automotive enthusiast the mountainous terrain for the drive in and out of the cabin is a blast. Tyler was an awesome host, kept things very easy for the stay. If you're looking for a fun or quiet getaway, this location can support both with plenty of bedding for a small group to have a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was attractively decorated both inside and out. The view of the lake was beautiful from the living room, the deck and the dock. We also appreciated the quiet and peace. We’d definitely love to stay again in the future.

Peaceful... gorgeous surroundings.. a home away from home. Great place for writers or anyone looking to decompress, to think or just stay in the area a few days. I kept extending my visit because of the place, but also the people. Hard to describe just how much I love this place... so sad to leave but made a promise to myself and Dixie that I will return! I miss the farm and all of them already!!

My family and I loved the house. It was as described and had everything we needed as far as linens, paper products, coffee, and the piece de resistance, a basket of fresh eggs in the refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and not overly full of throw pillows! The very best part was our tour of the animals, and getting to interact with them. There is a small chicken coop nearby and we were allowed to have the eggs from it. What a treat during this time when eggs are so expensive. We were in town for a family reunion and we had such a better experience and stay than our family members who stayed in hotels! The house was very close to The Spires, where my aunt lives, and we will stay here every time we visit in the future.

We were there for a family wedding and the place was perfect for us! The upgraded bathrooms and kitchen were nicely done. We don't have one complaint. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay! Came here for the second time with my two teenage kids. Suzanne, our host, was extremely responsive and friendly over the messages. Felt right at home! The place is cozy, comfortable, and has all the amenities we need. It is wonderful to wake up and see the view of the lake. Then having a quiet canoe ride before sunset completely sealed the deal. I highly recommend staying here!
