Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Everything was as advertised, the two bedrooms were really spacious and comfortable. There is a daily cleaning service by the staff, keeping it remarkably clean, making it a very pleasant stay. The baths are modern and of gargantuan size for the condo as a whole, which is a nice bonus. The only minor inconvenience is that there is no ac in the common room, only two ceiling fans, leading to some increased temperatures around noon, but you can circumvent this by keeping the bedroom doors open. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay for the quiet surroundings, easy access to the beach and downtown Kuta and Seminyak. Well worth the trip.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Two hundred meters walk from Jl Werkudara and Jl Padma Utara. There is a huge selection of shopping, restaurants and sports bars to chose from in both locations. In the other direction you will find the beach. It's also a 5 minute walk to the main road in the other direction. Despite the convenient location, the apartment was quiet at night. No noise from the bars and clubs, which is a rarity for the neighbourhood. Within the laneway there is excellent local food at Warung Mimpi and Komang's corner sells cheaper drinks than the mini mart. There is also a cheap laundry a few doors down. The WiFi was good enough for zoom calls most of the time. I did have to hot spot to my phone at times though. Highly recommended.

Pasamos una noche en el alojamiento de Andre y si hubiéramos podido nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo. Más que cumplir con nuestras expectativas, las superó con creces: limpio, espacioso, agradable, camas muy cómodas, cuidado.... Respecto a la ubicación, llegamos por la noche y pensé que estabamos alejados de todo y cuando salimos a cenar, nos dimos cuenta que no era así. La carretera que da acceso al alojamiento es adecuada para ir por la noche. No nos pareció tan oscura como leímos en alguna crítica, pero es una opinión personal. Si tenéis la oportunidad, alojaros!! Es un lugar ideal para familias o un grupo de amigos/as.

Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

The villa looked exactly like the pictures! It has parking space for a car, although it might be a bit challenging to park due to the narrow alley. However, it's within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Additionally, it's close to a night market where you can buy local foods.

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar ein wenig versteckt, aber dennoch recht zentral in Sanur. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben es sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kann morgens immer und sowohl den Pool und die Gartenanlage als auch das Gebäude zu reinigen. Als einmal das Internetschlecht lief, installierten sie zügig einen neuen Router. Alles top gern kommen wir wieder.

Loved our stay here so much. If you are aware in advance of the stairs (which are expected when staying on a cliff!) then they really aren’t so bad. The view really took our breath away, even in the rainy season. The bed is huge and sooo comfy. We loved our stay so much. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much! This is a truly unique house with absolutely stunning views! We loved watching the surfers ride the waves at Padang Padang and Impossibles break—it was like having a private front-row seat to the action. Exploring Uluwatu was a highlight, and while there are some great cafés about a 20-minute walk away (Bukit Café was a favourite for breakfast), I’d recommend having a scooter or enjoying long walks. With incredible views comes a steep climb—around 180 steps to reach the accommodation—so be prepared! Bringing some snacks and food is a good idea, as it's a bit of a trek to grab a drink or meal. The fridge could be colder for keeping drinks at the perfect temperature. A special mention to the lovely cleaner, who met us late at night after our delayed flight. Also, note that the property uses a septic system, so toilet paper cannot be flushed. Our favourite part was sitting on the deck in the afternoon—it truly felt like we had the beach to ourselves. A one-of-a-kind experience!

We had a great stay ,the apartment was clean ,the resort facilities were great .

We absolutely loved Andrianto’s place. It was even better than what we expected! The place was massive! You could live there! It was very clean and well presented too. We also loved having filtered water. It was in the perfect position at Novotel, in between the lobby and the pool. Andrianto was an amazing host too. He left lots of information and instructions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend!

Our second time here… love the apartment and location. We felt right at home having stayed last year here too. Being able to use the pool at the hotel next door is great… the staff are really nice… and you can’t beat the location…. So close to the beach and great restaurants - yet it is such a peaceful location in a quiet alleyway.

Carole and Sures offered a warm welcome from the first moment. Great communication. I was sure I'd get help if I needed it. The villa is beautiful and well maintained. It's perfect for a day relaxing by the pool or as a starting point for an adventure. I did a lot of predawn walks to the beach for sunrise... a really beautiful way to see Sanur from here. There's lots of affordable and interesting food within a couple minutes walking (small grocery, warung and restaurants). I'd definitely stay here again.

Mooie accommodatie! In het midden van Canggu maar toch rustig in deze straat. Mooie ruime plek en altijd netjes.

Simply a great option for your money. it's worth every cent. The apartments are located in the Oakwood complex with its own swimming pool, complex reception, security and maintenance of the surrounding area. The territory has rules prohibiting smoking in the pool area, the pool has its own 4 sun loungers in a slightly tired state. Despite the small number of sun loungers, we did not encounter any problems with the location, since the guests of the complex practically do not use their own pool due to the proximity of the beaches and the low occupancy of the complex itself. The complex itself is a single completed building which consisting of 3 buildings at all. 2 buildings of the complex are idle. In the apartment you will find all kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, a private terrace on the ground floor and all the necessary services within walking distance. The owner is always in touch and organizational issues are resolved quickly, friendly and efficiently.

Elshinta is a great host and very responsive. The Airbnb itself is located inside the Jayakarta Bali Resort which is a great place. Right next to the beach, great pools, restaurant and bar. Easy to self check-in.
